I don't what it is I don't know if when I put in a oder for my prescription it does not reach the doctor but I always reaciving more then not my prescription late from this place most I have to call the doctor myself to make sure I get the prescription on time today I called more then 15 and it is not a exaggeration and no one pick up they are not very reliable and I have never been stare down in the level I have been stare down from this pharmacy leave your troubles at home people is not professional to bring that kind of mindset to work most of us just want are prescription to then go home not give yah a hard time and also information when things don't go thru we don't work for are doctor or for riteaid pharmacy so more often then not we need help and information in which ever the case may be and if you don't pick up the phone we can't have that all that aside they are a couple of pharmacist that had been kind and professional but that shouldn't be the case everyone working should be up to that standard cuase we all have are problems we don't anymore while simply trying to get some prescription

HOW does this pharmacy get away with NEVER answering their phone! You can call constantly for hours and they will ignore you....my doctor says they do the same to her. It's terrible.

People seem to only write reviews when they do not like something. We need to make reviews on not just the bad, but also about the good.These pharmacists are great. (Some of these reviews are just stupid. They can’t always get to the phone; it’s also not their fault that your doctor didn’t send in your script.)
