I literally do not even know where to start.
Whether you use the drive through or go into the pharamacy, you will be waiting at least 20-30 mins.
They take a lunch break daily from 1:30-2pm but if you arrive at 1pm and are waiting there in line for 30 minutes, they will still turn you away and close the pharmacy until 2. So even if you arrive long before they take their breaks and are waiting, they will still turn you away. Just to be clear - everyone deserves a lunch break! I am in favor of lumch breaks! But would it be possible to stagger the staff's breaks so that if I've already been waiting in line for 30 mins, I am not turned away at 1:30 and told to come back at 2? When I would presumably have to wait ANOTHER 30 mins in line? How much time do you think that people can take out of their work days to wait for scripts?! Hire enough staff to stagger their breaks!
I frequently have to come back to the pharmacy 2, 3, 4 times in one week just to try to pick up the same prescription because something was billed incorrectly, I got a text that something was ready but its actually on hold or out of stock, I waited too long and had to go back to work etc. It is very rare that I can pick up my prescriptions here on the first try.
Pharmacy techs and pharmacists are rude, undertrained, do not know how to use their own systems. I do understand that understaffing is an issue but this goes way beyond being understaffed. I have had to call other rite aid pharamacies for assistance or had to have my doctors call frequently because the pharmacists or techs are so rude to me or just inept over the phone.
If you have any questions about a prescription or about billing, fully expect the rudest and most unhelpful responses.
When you call, you frequently get a busy tone. I don't even know how this is possible. Is the phone off the hook??? Just answer and at least put me on hold!
I am finally switching to the rite aid on delaware and could cry tears of happiness to be done with this location. If I could give zero stars I would.

It's one of the only Rite aids left in my area. The cashiers are great, friendly and helpful. I shop here at least once a week. And have always found it stocked. ??

This is a very convenient drug store, well lit and clean. The employees were nice and the service was good.
They were able to get my wife's prescription filled quickly on a Friday evening, even though it isn't our usual pharmacy.

Just be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes when you go in store and more than 30 if you use the drive thru

Every time you call your put on hold for 15+ min when you go up there because you’ve been put on hold for 15 min Nobody is at the desk waiting for their scripts so why did I get put on hold for 15 min mind you I’m still on hold while talking to them this is ridiculous the pharmacy needs a new system / new people this is unacceptable

When you call you immediately get put on hold for 20 minutes or longer. People need help, but the lady must be so busy standing there she can't help people on phone. Hang up call back the line is busy. Not very customer service like at all

If the health department come in there, you will get shut down no no excuses if they don’t if your matches don’t get on you then buffalo news and and the health department. There is always and issue when trying to pick up a prescription here. Most recently I spoke to the pharmacist DAYS after my prescription was sent here, and they advised I just have my doctor call to another location.

Script sent to pharmacy at 9:30 AM from hospital. Came to pick it up at 1:20 PM and was told it isn't ready. Told rep I will wait for it to be ready, she says pharmicist is going on lunch and won't be back until after 2 PM and will text when it is ready. Told rep medecine is for post surgery, reps answer was, "i dont know what i can do about it". Do not recommend providing business to this location.
