They should change their time schedule in their google calendar and in their website !!! It’s Wednesday @8:45 pm, the store & pharmacy both closed completely!!! If that is the case than why don’t you correct your time schedule so people don’t get bluffed in such by coming here !!!!#2. Also from previous experience, their cashiers seems doesn’t know what customer support is all about! Too arrogant to do their jobs and require more training to deal directly with the customers ! Way too busy chitchatting each other than dealing the customers properly !!! Guess that’s how they are getting below average ratings in review too & don’t think their managements bothers about that either !!!

I had an important product to pick up. I was planning on being in and out. I showed up at 940 on 11/04 but they had already locked the doors and would not let me in. I made eye contact with the two employees there and they refused to let me in even though the store was supposed to be open for 20 more minutes. Unacceptable.

Nobody EVER answers that phone! So tired of it. I have moved and need to change my address so my meds will come to new pharmacy. Incompetance.

I am very seriously thinking about transferring prescriptions to another pharmacy. Calling Rite Aid on Seneca Street is a nightmare. Ive been calling for over an hour to refill prescriptions and they have not picked up. Even my Doctors say Rite Aid is difficult to call. Its ridiculous! Not to mention the times I go to the store during operation hours, only to find a note on the door saying "closed due to staff shortage". So that would make one think that they need additional employees, right? But no, not the case. I know 3 people, other than myself that have asked if they needed help and the response was "no, we're fully staffed". I've been shopping and using the pharmacy for many years but awful customer service!

This is for the Front Store. Everytime I go in the employees are all standing around talking. Noone is ever working. It's really bad. Lines of customers while 1 cashier and 2 others standing behind the register Watchung and talking to each other. Can't they find Something to do? Getting paid to stand there. Must be nice.

I wouldn’t go to this pharmacy they are nice but never answer the phone and suggested I use an app. I should be able to call in with any questions and speak to an actual person. I’ve had to go in 3 times just for them to not have any line or customers but not answering the phone when people need help

For emergency situations, two pharmacists should be on while the other goes to lunch! Now. A medication that is crucial for my health is not available because the pharmacy had to close because they are without a pharmacist! Not to mention leaving for out of town today was a great way to start a vacation with out my prescription. So thanks to the "staffing" deficiency. The excuse if not being able to find workers is over.... . I'm now out 500$ from missing the first night of my hotel! People should at least be able to pick up their prescription!!!! Not only that but rather than work on finding one to come in, someone should be on call like most medical professions but it's more efficient for the staff to talk about their personal lives and scroll thru their phones. Absolutely ridiculous.

Worst pharmacy ever. I've never had so many issues before. They have been a headache to deal with.I used to go to Walgreens and loved it! Unfortunately, my insurance isn't linked with them anymore. I highly recommend Walgreens for those who are able.

This location's pharmacy is absolutely horrible. I come here for my mother who is unable to get her medications herself and they are never ready. Even if you order a week ahead of time. Scripts are never updated in their system even after request and the famous last words are "maybe ready tomorrow" even after preparing for the inevitable. Complete chaos.

There's a guy I think Taylor was his name. Extremely helpful answered all my questions. He made sure he made my visit as easy as possible. One thing I also took notice of was how clean the store was. All in all 5 stars from this guy

This store is randomly closed whenever they feel like it. 7pm on a Saturday, closed. 6pm on a Thursday, closed. Store is always dirty. Employees are dirty. Management must just not care which is a shame because they are supposed to be providing essential services to the community. Fail.

Rite Aid is back to being on top of their game! The pharmacist went above and beyond looked up ingredients in a product for me and the cashier was amazing I was having an emergency and she also went above and beyond for me!
