This Rite Aid is a busy location where the staff is helpful and friendly. The customer service is very good, and the cashiers are all very nice. The pharmacy takes care of you well with advice on health issues and provides text message alerts for medication. However, the store can be overworked and low staff, so they often do not pick up the phone. Despite this, employees are patient and work hard to assist customers, even with complicated transactions.
They never answer the phones to make matters worse when you go they don't have the prescription ready

Ever since west ferry closed everyone went to this one. They don't pick up the phone! They are over worked and low staff. Sad I can't speak to pharmaceutical staff.
