Currently sitting in the shop as Carmen fits my fiancé for a wedding he is in tomorrow. We are from out of town and rented a tux through a bigger corporate company and when we arrived to Buffalo realized they had it completely wrong. Gave Richel’s a call and he had us come right over - had everything we needed. He absolutely saved the day and was so wonderful. We are so impressed, we may have to come back to get my fiancé’s tux custom made here. 20/10 recommend!!!

Carmen is intuitive and creative, and he will have you looking better than you could have ever imagined. No matter what you’re looking for, he will not only bring a sophisticated touch to your outfits, but he will also make sure everything is ready on time, which turns out to be a bigger deal than a lot of people think, Especially when it comes to a wedding and having to coordinate with other people. My husband and I were getting married and he wanted a brown tuxedo. We could not find one anywhere, but Carmen found it! He is an excellent tailor and the fit of this tuxedo was out of this world. My husband had waited last minute to rent a nice suit for a family wedding. I called Richel’s and asked if there was anyway we could pick something up the same day. Right away he was very sweet and accommodating. He said he would be able to do it, so me and my husband headed over there. He sized my husband and found the perfect fit for his liking, and also was very honest if he felt it didnt fit right (which we were very appreciative of). A very nice man to come in contact with. Definitely will come again and tell others about!

The absolute best experience ever. I knew when the time came for my boys to need a tux or suit this would be the place to go it's been around for as long as I can remember and I'm so happy we went. We needed a tux for prom and a suit for graduation my boys went in talked about what they wanted and were all set. Took no time at all but in a good way the gentleman there was beyond knowledgeable about what was needed so the whole process went nice and smooth. When we picked everything up they fit perfect and looked amazing. I will definitely be back in a couple years for my youngest. I can definitely say I'd recommend going here to anyone for any occasion I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could.

When we started our wedding planning, we knew we wanted our entire wedding party (ladies included) in tuxedos. We also knew we wanted to support local business. So it was important to us to find a locally owned shop that had experience fitting tuxes on women. Carmen at Rochelle's was fantastic! He immediately had ideas on what would work best on both men and women. He showed great creativity, listening to what we wanted in terms of colors and look, and then making recommendations based on his experience and our wants. He was also incredibly flexible, working through some last minute changes in the weeks leading up to the wedding.

Richel was able to get a fitted tuxedo for our event with one week turnaround. He was especially prompt, ordered it to arrive 2 days earlier than we requested to be safe and texted us immediately. He personally prepared the suit, added beautiful cufflinks and add-ons that he felt matched my partners dress and was helpful in showing us how the pants worked.He offered candid and helpful opinions that were very refreshing when we were picking out our clothing, especially in sizing. He was fast and efficient and did not waste our time.His demeanour was pleasant, would recommend richels for all your rental needs.

My now-husband looked insanely handsome on our wedding day thanks to Richel Formalwear! His father and groomsmen also looked dapper, donning suits rented from the store. The men had everything they needed before the wedding day, with no problems to report. The owner was a very cool guy when I met him and also helped my husband to select a nice suit to wear for job interviews. I would highly recommend this store!

Carmen was great! Everything was correct and on time, reasonable prices, overall good experience. We had a seam rip on a groomsman’s pants and he came to us, fixed the pants, and all was good! 5 stars!
