After placing 3 calls this morning from our business. The rudest reception told me no one in there office works Monday and Friday. Only remotely from home. Unreal. Another company that is failing from the hard work force. This is a joke.

As the founder of FIFTEEN, an advertising agency based right here in Buffalo, NY, I've had the distinct privilege of working with some truly remarkable clients over the years. Among these, Rich Products Corporation stands out as a beacon of innovation, growth, and community involvement—a testament to what makes our work so rewarding.
Established in 1945 by the visionary Robert E. Rich, Sr., Rich's revolutionized the food industry by introducing the world’s first non-dairy whipped topping, setting the stage for a legacy of innovation that continues to define the company. As a vendor, our collaboration with Rich's has been an exhilarating journey through the realms of advertising, marketing, and branding, driven by their constant pursuit of excellence and innovation.
Rich's, with its global presence, has managed to maintain the heart and soul of a family-owned business. This ethos is reflected in every product they create and every initiative they undertake. From frozen bakery products to appetizers and plant-based alternatives, their extensive portfolio caters to a diverse array of consumer needs, always with an eye towards sustainability and ethical sourcing.
For us at FIFTEEN, the opportunity to work alongside a client that is not only a leader in the frozen food industry but also deeply committed to community and environmental stewardship is incredibly fulfilling. Rich's involvement in local, national, and international philanthropic efforts mirrors our own values of giving back to the community that has nurtured us.
Their commitment to sustainability, responsible sourcing, and reducing environmental impact inspires every campaign we craft together, pushing us towards more innovative, meaningful, and impactful communication strategies. It’s a partnership that continually challenges and motivates us to excel in all aspects of our work.
As Rich's continues to grow and innovate, we too are inspired to evolve, leveraging the power of communication to amplify their mission and values. This synergy between our companies not only fuels our professional endeavors but also strengthens our shared commitment to making a positive impact in the world.
Being a part of Rich's journey, witnessing their unwavering dedication to quality, innovation, and community, is truly a privilege. It's clients like Rich's that make our work at FIFTEEN not just a job, but a passion. Here's to many more years of collaboration, growth, and making a difference—one innovative project at a time.

Hired for “customer service “ recently and we were completely misled. Its not customer service, its so much more. Feels very baitey/switchey. Also, at the time of hire it wasn’t disclosed to me that there will be an “organizational restructuring” so I was lied to thru omission. I actually quit the job I already had to take the job at Richs. Its not a bad job but had they been honest and upfront with me at time of hire, I woulve been more understanding and dedicated to the position up until the end of my employment period when the restructuring takes place. I thought this was a company that cared and I thought that I could turn this into a career but to the contrary…Ill be out of a job soon.

Went through the entire application process, the recruiter emailed me to set up a time for a phone interview. I made sure my current work schedule was cleared for this phone interview and the recruiter never called. I followed up via email and received no response. Very professional company it seems.

If you are going to sell glazed donuts under the name of Treat Shop I would suggest glazing them. Purchased at the Fruit Center Marketplace one day last week and will never again.
