Do not do business with this company! I purchased a ***** ****** by Restonic Queen Mattress (Juniper) on October of 2019. The mattress was wonderful until my husband and I stared to get indentations in the mattress where our bodies slept. Mind you this started happening only a few months later. I tried contacting the company via telephone and only received a machine asking to leave a voice message and never received return phone call. I then went on to file a claim (via their website). I faxed over all necessary photos they were asking for and whatever other info they needed. The only thing I did not have was my receipt. I had purchased a previous inexpensive mattress from ********* in Howell NJ and was not happy right off the bat with that one so I went back to that store and they had permanently closed. I then went to the ********* in Marlboro NJ and explained the situation and they agreed to let me purchase a better quality mattress and apply the money I had paid for the original mattress. I then purchased the Juniper mattress. Within a few months this mattress started to sink. I contacted Restonic back in January of 2020 (no response) and then when they just recently sent me an email about receiving my claim they said they could not file a claim without a store receipt. By then the Marlboro NJ store also had closed permanently! So I am pretty much out of luck. I paid around $1,100 for this mattress and my only option now was to go out and buy a wide piece of foam for my side of the bed to fill the hole that my body is laying in! My back is shot! I would think they would be able to give me a partial refund or work something out with me but no. TERRIBLE customer service!!!!

Worst mattress ever. Paid over $1200 for a king that broke down and left sleep trenches. Restonic looked at mattress and agreed it was not right. They picked it up and restuffed it and that lasted for about two years. Complained again, but they don't care and do not wish to do anything about it. Dont buy a Restonic mattress, they don't stand behind their product
