I went to return the hose which i bought 4 days back and return was denied . Sealed and untouched i have attached photo aswell. Store manager kay was super rude and not even ready to hear what i was saying all she was doing is without even looking at the product closely she is like its used do wtever take photo video i dont care!! When i said it is sealed she is like u might have used sealed it back and brought .

Although the selections are abundant, the employees are not very helpful. Came here for an instacart order and walked around confused for almost 20 minutes. Passed multiple employees and not a single employee asked if I needed assistance

Help desk was extremely rude, called to see if an item was available, she was short with me, placed me on hold, then came back and said no we do not have it, and hung right up.

I'm lucky enough to have a card and I love this place!! Can be pretty gnarly in the morning time! Lines get long and it's not workers fault its just busy!
