8/22/2024 services continue to improve. I have not had to leave a message and staff seems friendlier. Hope this continues :)
7/25/24 UPDATE TO BE FAIR.
I just spoke with a very nice customer service person and was not asked to leave a message. He was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Thank you for making my request so easy and researching my other request . I have added a star and hope this type of service continues.
Unfortunately I have to comment on the customer service when calling. I called twice and left a detailed voicemail as instructed. I had several issues to discuss. I did not receive a call back they only shipped the wrong tubing. (The light green tubing that always kinks and diminishes air flow yet they continue to use is another concern). But I digress
I was only able to speak to someone because I received a call from a different office to set up testing my Dr prescribed .
Thank goodness the wonderful woman took care of my concerns. A person should not have to wait 2 weeks to speak with someone . You are told to leave a message and someone will call you back in a few days . Another said in an hour . But you are instructed not to leave multiple messages . When you do speak with them I would not consider them to be pleasant or helpful. In my experience this is usually due to poor management and overworked staff. It should not take staff days to return calls , they should have adequate time to address customer concerns. Your products are often a persons lifeline. They
Are often ill and not able to keep having to contact you .
Customers deserve prompt, professional and courteous service.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would
We are being harassed by this conpany- my premature baby was brought home December and have had nothing but problems with these services
Now saying we have a bill when our insurance covers 100% I've been back and forth on the phone I have had it nobody does their job here also have been sent WRONG size nasal canula several times (adult and child) when clearly my son is an infant!

Jim is Very friendly, caring and efficient. Never had any kind of issues when the Respiratory Svc of WNY. Had to pick up tank. Easy, basic service today. Came early and all done. I Would definitely recommend Jom for service. Thank You

I have been unable to speak to a cpap therapist in Cheektowaga, NY. and have not received a response to two phone messages. When I call the local number I have been transferred to Adapt Health, but when I try to order supplies online I am transferred to Ocean Health, in NJ. They tell me I am not eligible for supplies at this time with no other information. I have not ordered any supplies except a cpap mask in over a year. How can I not be eligible???? I have not been able to find an email address and calling is out of the question because I get transferred to HOME where ever that is. Since I can't reach anyone online or by phone I am trying a review. I am not the only person I know that is unsatisfied with the ability to speak to a person other than the receptionist in my local office. As they so famously say there are other cpap suppliers out there.

I see cpap stopped at 4:00 a.m. and I was able to get a new one out of town by 9:30 a.m. I called and it was ready by the time I walked in the door. Fantastic service

For a medical supplier they have a very unique way of contacting their clients back. I called twice in 2 weeks with no response. The best part is, is while listening to the greeting, they state to not leave multiple vms. Then please call a person back. Its not like we really want to call in the first place.
