I was locked into this pharmacy because my health insurance made it mandatory for my specialty medication but they've done a great job setting up my account, getting a prior auth & delivering the medication to me. They also will take back the styrofoam cooler my medication is delivered in so it doesn't wind up in a landfill, unlike the last company my other insurance mandated.

Fantastic specialty pharmacy. What a blessing after dealing with the big name specialty pharmacies. No hold times to talk to people. All local staff. Meds at my door when expected, well packaged with plenty of supplies.

Roswell called my script in on 4/17. Today I called to see what's going on. I was told they can't fill my prescription because of my medicaid. That my regular pharmacy had to. Umm...so basically you were never going to tell me this!? If I didn't call I'd would have never known. You'd think there would be better care for people with high risk breast cancer who need medication to prevent spread. Obviously not.

Constantly missing my refills putting my health in danger. I have to call them and beg them to get my meds to me. When I call them for refills, calls are dropped more often than not, long hold times etc Reliance is terrible.

Man, these guys go the extra mile! Literally. A minor mistake occurred (it's normal - people are human) and arrangements made to reship, but when they were told that my husband was down to his last dose, the pharmacist himself went out of his way -- on his bicycle -- to drop the supplies off to our home on his way home from work that day. Thank you!!

Worse corporation I worked for in my 30 years in Healthcare industry experienced, even worse than McDonalds I worked for as a teenager. If you’re lazy, don’t care, just want a meaningless job, and always giving excuses rather than solutions with true effort, then you’re perfect to work here.No accountability, management, and “so called senior leadership “ was worthless, they don't know what they are doing, micro managing, meaningless repetition, wasted time, always shifting the BS blame. Terrible experience, not the Independent Health Corporation or affiliate I use to know.Reliance Rx Senior leadership “Amy, Allen, etc...” was useless, no talent just like their results a total joke, not worth my time. Stay away, don’t work here or let your loved ones do business here! Completely Unprofessional !!!

I had a representative named Gabby help me with a medical situation. She went way out of her way. She even lined up a conference call. Nice to know there's people like this to help you out. Awesome company (•‿•)
