It was an okay but not outstanding experience. If the mattresses we purchased hadn't been on sale, we would have shopped elsewhere. Neither of us like being followed around really closely, and we had to tell our sales guy we would let him know if we had questions.

This was my first visit to Raymoor and Flanagan, but it will not be my last. Lisa was so helpful, and helped me narrow down a selection of recliners that would fit my needs. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and offered very good advice. My chair was just delivered and I couldn't be happier. Everyone was wonderful! I will be buying all my furniture from here!

I Honestly didn’t think I would walk into a furniture store and find what I was looking for at a price I could afford, but I did at Raymour and Flanigan. Sales associate Noreen made my purchase easy without being pressured unlike others in the business.

We came in looking for modular pieces for our living room. Noreen Kayser was the saleswoman who assisted us. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very patient as I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted. She reviewed the different configurations the pieces could transform into and ensured that both my husband and myself were very pleased with our final configuration of the set we purchased. Noreen was exceptional with her professionalism and we are very satisfied with our purchase.

Purchased 6 piece leather sectional, beautiful piece, paid for the 5 year warranty and paid for set up and delivery. The set up was not correct the 2 end pieces were not connected properly so they stick out an 2 inches on both ends. I've reached out on numerous of occasions and was told I would hear back and it's been over a month and still no one has came to put this together correct in which I paid extra to have done. Also a scratch and I put in an order for both and paid an extra almost 5 or 600 to protect my pieces from anything happening like scratches ect. So the extra $$$ i paid over 1k to have certain things done correctly both have beef ignored. I feel taken advantage of. I was planning on buying a mattress from there as well. This has put a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be purchasing anything more from them. Something huge has to happen to make me change my mind. Intentionally being ignored and brushed aside while I am unable to use my sectional because I don't want to ruin it by sitting on the pieces that are not connected right and then it would be my fault and the Warranty would probably not cover because I am aware it is not usable do to the position it's in. People don't have money to just throw away, I feel like I'd been better tossing my $$ in my fireplace at this point! Beyond unsatisfied to say the Very Least. I would not recommend the warranty OR delivery services. CS is no good. The actual sectional is perfect. Great quality and a reasonable price for the quality it's giving.

I was approached as soon as I walked into the store by Brendan. I was interested in buying a new bed pillow so he suggested several different options and had me try them on a mattress that was similar to mine at home. The questions he asked me helped guide him to finding the right pillow for me. Brendan is a very nice guy and I enjoyed working with him.

Just got a new recliner, and we're very pleased. There was a good selection at the store, the sales person was very helpful and easy to work with. The price was reasonable, and the delivery process was handled very professionally and quickly. We'll see how the chair holds up in the long run, but so far I'm happy.
