Dealt with Dutchess in sales she was absolutely amazing. I explained what I wanted she listened and got me what I needed . In and out 10 mins. My item was out of stock for 10 days and they called me next day and said it's back in stock and it will be here in 3 days ! Very pleased with professionalism and responce time. DUTCHESS ROCKS I GOT B4 HOLIDAYS!

Our Salesperson, Aaron Drilling, was very knowledgeable about what they offered in bedding. I told him I needed him to help me decide what I needed and he was able to show me options without telling me it has to be this or that. He let me decide which level of mattress and adjustable frame I needed. Also I needed a comfortable pillow and he gave me options to choose from if I wanted to go that route, To me there wasn't any pressure. I can't rate the product yet, but so far the service is great.

Signed a lease agreement and couldn't pick up the item on the day I originally picked. I go to get the item today and they said it was given to someone else and now is sold out. She did mention that there might be a order next week but wasn't sure. I would understand that happening if I just requested a hold but not after i signed a contract to purchase the item.

We had two orders. One of the pieces in the first arrived damaged. They agreed to provide a $175.00 store credit within 10 days. It never arrived. The second order we picked up. One of the chairs had an incorrect leg. Instead of replacing the chair, they said they had to order a new leg and it could be up to 12 weeks before it arrived. I won't be ordering from this store again.

My sales associate was Dutchess. She was wonderful! Took me to all the places in the McKinley store and was spot on when I explained what I was looking for! I surely hope customers will receive the same attention w other sales associates as I did w Dutchess! Thank you.

Great experience. Wasn’t pressured at all and found many possibilities within my budget. Purchased a sofa and added the recliner chair because it was an easy purchase. Amanda was very good to deal with !

Sandra Dolan from the Blasdell store was our sales consultant. She was absolutely amazing. I love that she didn't follow us around the store, but she was readily available as soon as we needed her. She was kind, friendly and very patient with us. We kept changing our order and she helped us every step of the way. Sandra also made sure she had answers to all of our questions. She understood exactly what we were looking for. In fact, we ended up buying more. Thank you Sandra for your hard work and making us very happy customers. No hassles, after telling the staff our interest in Recliners they showed us areas of selection then let us look around and see what we wanted to purchase. After deciding on our Furniture the staff member was very helpful in answering any questions we had, and then guided us through the sales process. Very good customer service, Thanks.

Duchess was a pleasure to work with- my boyfriend and I were buying a new couch for our living room and tend to be indecisive since our styles are very different. Duchess was very patient with us and gave exceptional service through the whole process!Would highly recommend!!

Buyer beware! I purchased a dining room set 6 months ago and have had 3 service calls. The chairs loosen within one week and need tightening. Furthermore the joints break in the chairs. This is a continuous problem. I have a family of three and we sit at this table for 30 minutes a night to have dinner. We have had 5 broken frames in 6 months. Raymour and Flanigan refuses to acknowledge this is a manufacturer defect. The service technician comes and tells me they need to order new frames for the chairs. The technician even acknowledges that the chairs are poorly manufactured and it will be a continuous issue. I have the protection plan but Raymour and Flanigan are standing by the manufacturers warranty and telling me that these chairs need to be serviced and they cannot refund me or offer me a comparable replacement. I'm not sure why I even got the protection plan when they are just utilizing the manufacterer's warranty. Raymour and Flanigan is representing this product by putting it on their website. Raymour and Flanigan is just as culpable as the manufacturer for not making the situation right if not more. I would also like to mention that the replacement frames take 2-12 weeks to arrive so that means my family cannot eat at the table for that length of time. Just a disgusting product and completely disgusted with Raymour and Flanigan for representing the product and standing by the manufacturer rather than the paying customer.

Sandy educated me alot about the mattress's & helped me choose the right fit for me ,she was very patient with me in the whole shopping experience & Casey the manager was great with my financing choices & worked with my budget . They both were so fabulous with helping me in this process.Thank you Sandra Dolan for being a great friend than salesperson - will be back.Love my mattress & adjustable base .

The Blasdell location has a wonderful showroom with plenty of room to navigate a wheelchair. They have attentive sales associates, who did not hover. This allowed for a very enjoyable shopping experience.

As a customer and someone who has worked in retail, I understand the importance in interpersonal relationships are between the customer and you. Most people can sense right away when someone is just out for their money. Fortunately, this was not the experience I had. My experience at the store was wonderful. The store associate welcomed my family and I as we entered and did not immediately jump on us like a sales person would. He told us about some specials and if we had any questions not to hesitate to find and ask him. When we did find a mattress we were interested in and wanted to find out more about it, we had all our questions asked and more. The store associate was very knowledgeable in the product line, which allowed us to be certain we had the right match for what we were looking for, but also to learn why the mattress was a good fit over other ones in the showroom. He knew the brand well and the technology within the mattress as to why it was popular among other customers. Had we'd been someplace else or taken care of by another store associate, we most likely would not have made the purchase that day.

Went to the Hamburg, NY location looking for a new mattress. Aaron Dilling greeted us and was a top notch salesman. He didn't pressure us in any way. He asked us a few questions and pretty much had the perfect bed narrowed down for us. He was kind, sociable, easy to talk to, and his knowledge of the products was incredible. Oh, and did I mention, no pressure. There were two other stores we going to go to after stopping here, but Aaron was the reason we walked out with a mattress.
