Unfortunately I have to give this zero stars but it wont let me. I purchased a lift chair which is needed due to a disability. I purchased the platinum protection plan just in case. Within one years time, this chair has broken three times for the exact same problem. Four times the service has been out. Each time with a wait of between two weeks to 12 weeks for "replacement" parts. Now, I'm waiting for the exact same problem to be corrected, and told its out of stock and part won't be available until December. So, having this chair one year, I've only had use of it for eight months. They said they'd replace the chair, but no more warranty, so now I have to wait an additional two months to maybe have it fixed. At the very least, if you can't fix the same issue three times, the chair should be replaced with the remaining 4 years left on the warranty. But they won't do that. I do not recommend purchasing any needed item from them. Very poor service warranty services.

We had gone to another big furniture store and ordered a living room set. We waited a week and a half for delivery and when delivery day came, I was told the order was never actually placed. They told us that they could order it that day, but that it would be another week at least. I was in a panic because we had already gotten rid of our old furniture and we would have nowhere to sit for that whole time. So, we went to the Raymour and Flanigan outlet and explained our situation. They were kind, friendly and were able to get us a new set the NEXT DAY! I’m so glad we went to them.
