Mr. Ramos will only service rich overseas customers. The average buffalonian he looks at in discust . But will still take your $ and blow your case . Especially with REAL ESTATE DO NOT USE HIM FOR REAL ESTATE HE MAY BE GOOD IN OTHER FIELD SUCKS IN real estate. Look at some other reviews they are disorganized and will only move for you if you have more ?? (that's him Josh Ramos emoji) money! He doesn't believe in helping the middle class or poor class in buffalo. He takes overseas clients to rip them off on prices. All around go to another firm this one won't give u what ur looking for.

I hired this firm to take care of a worker's compcase. The first attorney I worked with was absolutely useless. He never returned phone calls, never answered questions. He ended up being fired or leaving the firm. Another attorney took up my case, and the same exact thing started to happen again. I can't get ahold of anybody and no return phone calls. Two and a half years, this firm has done nothing but add to my stress with my injury. I highly recommend finding a different firm Unless you enjoy being blown off and playing phone Tag constantly Trying to reach the person thats supposed to help.

I would never recommend them to anyone. We used their office when purchasing our home in July. They had several assistants working on our file, okay fine, but NONE of them were on the same page! We received different information each time we called and it almost caused some major issues with our closing. Thank goodness we had an amazing realtor who prevented anything major but the lack of competence and communication from this office and undue stress they caused wasn’t worth it. For what you’re paying this “attorney”, give it to someone else who actually takes the time and pays attention to what her “assistants” are doing.
