Not a fan of this location bcuz the staff is always rude and miserable so o don't love to give them money but somethings I can't get elsewhere for a place that has reasonable prices and still stylish enough for like work pants or a Friday night going out outfit. I try to ignore the staff as much as possible but if u do need to bother them for anything be prepared to know your bothering them ?

Bought 3 sweaters, asked if they had any fleece jackets & cashier just pointed us to where they may be if they had any .Never offered any assistance from any other employees either.

Best place is pretty good but they definitely need to get more variety of shoes and sizes and they definitely need to find the ambience t-shirts for the plus size women other than that it's a really nice store and the staff is friendly and there's a lot to choose from

I hardly write bad reviews. I was coming to this location for years. Never again! My daughter and I requested a locker room to the representatives and waited for about 10min to get one. The two representatives were talking and doing something on the cash register. Didn't even get a response. There was only one rep. that helped us out. Should have got her name. Never again!! It's a shame because I've been coming to this location since DOTS opened.
