I found the new location to still have the same charm as the old one. I found the owner to be very curious and helpful. Tons of toys, puzzles and board games to choose from.

Toy store has lots of options but get your wallet out , support locally isn't cheap that's fore sure. The play place is very cute and a great set up for kids . The "service" on the other hand / woman at cash out was so rude and perhaps a children's place /toy store is not the right fit for her . Zero personality and unwelcoming . This place should be thankful it even has patrons in the dying mall and it wasn't busy (the store or play area) A $5 charge for adults is ridiculous, change that to a $5 cleaning fee instead and it would feel a lot better to the consumer . Overall we may go back because at the end of the day the kids did have fun but hopefully have a nicer staff member who would maybe thank us for coming or even say good bye .

They have an indoor playground and my kids love here!!! ???Every time I bring my kids, they play at least 3hours and still don’t want to leave this place. ?Check out the beam game which is next to the restroom. It makes our kids move and jump a lot till kids get tired which is great for mom. ?So many things for the kids to do and everything is very clean and organized. This indoor playground is my go to place when weather is too cold or rainy!!!!!

I am not sure why this owner went into the toy store business. If she could put a sign outside her store (amongst the 15 other signs) saying NO CHILDREN she would in a heartbeat. Toys and children are symbiotic and she wishes to never have a child step foot in her store. So sad, I’m not sure how she is still open with how many customers voice how uncomfortable they are there. She definitely has OCD and can not have one thing out of place. It’s too bad she has very good toys, but I will gladly give my money to another local business (Clayton’s) that let my children play with their toys and are warm and welcoming. This lady is so cold, and she is not afraid to let you know. I have gotten in verbal altercations with her every time I go into the store.

We shop at this toy store on a regular basis and absolutely love it! They have the best selection of Bruder trucks and Playmobil sets and prices are on par with or even beat Amazon on a lot of them. Other stuff is marked up (like Melissa and Doug), but the majority of stuff we've bought has been reasonably priced. The Playland area is perfect for toddlers and young kids with lots of pretend play stations plus plenty of seating for parents/caretakers. They've had health and safety protocols in place even before the pandemic that are based on practices at the National Museum of Play. We love coming here to shop and play and I enthusiastically recommend this store to anyone shopping for their kids!

We came to play in the play area and briefly meet a new babysitter (around 430 on a weeknight). Went to the counter and said hi can we play? The (I assume) owner said "that's our PAID program." I said ....yeah.....! With my wallet in hand. She said oh no it's closed. I said oh! I thought you closed at 6? She was argumentative and acted like I was so dumb since "their hours are on their website," and with a smug look on her face she said "the STORE closes at 6 and the play area closes at 4- if it closed at 6 when would I have time to clean? I wouldn't have a life." Strangest response. Meanwhile the store was completely empty. The whole thing was SO awkward I was appalled. Had the interaction instead been "oh I'm so sorry but give us a try another time / take a look around the store" I would have had the kids each pick something to buy- and it's a shame because the store has so much stuff- but now we will never be back. What a way to get someone's business.

I took my son to the store this morning. The owner was very pleasant, the store and play area were clean and welcoming. My son really loved all the play stations, and the toy selection. Great for an hour or two of imaginative play. I appreciated that the adults could both play and also sit back and watch. Other similar play places don't always offer adult seating and it was welcome at times today.

The Owner is Racist! I brought my child to this store and even before I could say anything to her she asked me if I spoke english. I was shook. Just because of my skin color she made assumptions about me. It’s sad to see that people like this are still a part of our community.

I have to say not only will I never be bringing my son in this store anymore but THE OWNER!!!!! YIKES! Not only does she display racism, but she also will follow you around the store and make faces at you and your child ! She’s got bad case of Germophobia. Your children are not allowed to touch anything in the store whatsoever and neither are you.. she will lie and say that the children’s play area is closed when it actually is not! She’s got issues with children with disabilities and I’ve seen and experienced it myself with my son. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN INTO THIS STORE !!!!!!!!

Went there to take my little one to the play area when listed it closes at 6 got attitude and was told it closed at 4. The workers who body language, personality and tune of voice scream “I am here because I have to be and I hate kids.” Was told by a friend that the week prior they were in and they had the same experience. Embarrassing for a company to have a worker represent them in such a way. If you cant stand children, maybe consider a different job. Do not bring your child here and do not give this store your business period.

Shop here if you want to deal with the most awful rude owner around. Besides being rude she will follow you around while you shop and make you feel uncomfortable. Definitely should not own a kids toy store and they are so over priced. Clayton's on main street in williamsville has better prices and FRIENDLY staff.
