Buyer beware. DO NOT buy a used car here.I repeat, never buy a used car here.In the last 24 months, we have replaced the rusted out chassis, the brakes, and brake cylinders (which were painted over the rust), the electrical system, and now water pump, engine bearings, and fuel injection system (that was all hidden with electrical tape)...all for a truck that had 13k miles on it.We are now in over $18,000 for repairs the last 2 years, for basically a "practically new truck". Someone there made an intentional effort to hide the defects.We will see them in court.

When i first stopped at the check in counter I was told it would be between 2 and 2 and a halve hour wait i hadn't any plans so I said I would wait and they had my vehicle serviced and ready in 1 hour as always a top notch team

The sales team here will waste your time and add hidden fees and scams to your final price. When you confront them about these fees,add on and other things, they will simply say "oh well you need that ". Avoid dealership at all cost

I bought a new Bronco from Basil Ford and the whole transaction went very well. I delt with Nick and his Dad Jim. They were wonderful. They found me the truck I was looking for and the transaction was so fast and smooth. While waiting the sales team were so friendly and very kind. I would highly recommend Basil Ford they are great!

After 6 months of shopping around looking for a new 2023 SUV. I finally found one and couldn't be happier. I never shopped at Basil Ford on 1540 Walden Ave. Cheektowaga, so I was a little nervous until I meet Andrea my salesperson. Who was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient with me and to help me through the process. Everything went perfectly! Vinny was also incredibly helpful, he made me feel very comfortable and I genuinely think he did everything to get me the best deal possible. I would highly recommend them at Basil Ford.

I am so satisfied with the work, Basil Ford collision center did for me. The customer service representatives, went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. Its very rare to see every staff member willing to help you, and treat you so well. I was also impressed how fast the turn around was for the repairs. Again, I am so satisfied with the work I had done here. I have no problem returning for any other future repairs.

Worst experience in my whole entire life I bought a 2013 Lincoln it stayed in the shop every 3 weeks 1st problem it needed tires 2nd problem it needed tire rods Then my navigation system with backup camera was defective it had to be replaced then I smelled gas then there was water in my back door it had to be drained they don't provide loner cars Then my whole exhaust system had to be replaced now they say I need a Catalina converter which is not covered under my warranty they gave me a price of $2900 enough is enough then I find out at trade That my Lincoln was in 2 car accidents Worst buying experience buyer beware
