If I could give zero stars I would. Dinning room is never open, service it horrible. They don't listen in the drive threw. Just horrible. I watch so many people try the door and get in the car and leave. It's a joke. Extremely unsatisfied. Always!

I usually go to camp rd cause they genuinely care and listen. And then I found a quick lane by me and so I thought if I get treated good there , I’ll get the same treatment here. I was wrong. I made an appointment and the day came to get car fix I explained to them of what is wrong with my car and gave them my contract information. 40 minutes later they said I’m set and mechanic said your tire was low and I said yes cause it has a slow leak. The place told me to go back to camp rd and have them fix the hole since they didn’t complete their fix 6 months ago. Now I’m feeling I’m just a inconvenience cause I explained this in the beginning and gave all information. I called camp rd and they apologized for their actions and I can comeback to them and they will do the work. So since I’m a inconvenience, I will be taking the long drive to camp rd and not returning back.Services: Tires

This advertised as a Quick Lane location but is not. They require appointments which goes against what a Ford Quick Lane is. From Ford - "Quick Lane® Tire & Auto Center provides all the services your car or truck needs most. All our services are performed by factory-trained experts and on your schedule. You'll never need an appointment and you'll get service while you wait, even on evenings and weekends."
