Staff let's people wait for walk in. Meanwhile. They are by appointment only. I watched 2 people come in and sit for a half hour before getting frustrated and leaving because there is no reception. I waited an hour to be seen for my appointment. They said because they are short staffed. Same situation at Niagara st location. Short staffed, By appointment only

Quest on Jefferson Buffalo NY is very unprofessional I was very uncomfortable with the staff the language is very atrocious and Rudy and don't wanna do their job without attitude.

They are in the back laughing & cussing while ppl are waiting for over a half hour, then come tell us if anyone is waiting for a drug screen that there toilet is broken. SMH THEY ARE IGNORANT & NEEDS TO BE REPLACED

The Quest on Jefferson and Utica they treat you pretty good there and the employees are vary nice to you and they talk with you to insure you that everything is going to be ok

I have always had my blood work done at the Utica and Jefferson Quest Lab and the Technician at this facility are awesome and are very gentle and considerate. I highly recommend this particular lab.

Went in for pre employment testing. Was told as I sat down I owed late fees and they refused to give me my urine test regardless that the company was paying for it and was told 40 dollars from last year was in collections. I've been searching and interviewing for a year and they possibly screwed me out of a job as I had to have it done within a few days. I even spoke with someone from quest billing and she said she couldn't help me since it was in collections...don't understand that one???? Anyway went to a different one in a better area and had no issues whatsoever. Told them it would be handled in a few days and got what I came for. This girl on Jefferson was so rude wouldn't even look at my order and when I told her my very existence depends on this job she said well there's nothing I can do....shameful and rude. Disgusting

Best Quest Experience I have had ever. Less than 20 mins in and out from my appt time. No missing veins, very nice woman taking my blood. Really my first good quest experience and will choose this location in future.

I had to get bloodwork done for an upcoming appointment and was actively avoiding this location due to poor reviews (despite being the most convenient for me). I had an appointment at 8:20, arrived at 8:06 and was out by 8:15, before my appointment should have even started. The waiting room was standard Quest, the nurse was wonderful, and they have excellent availability. I would not hesitate to go back for future bloodwork!
