If you can get labs done with another provider, I implore you to do that. Quest is run like a mill, units in, units out - zero empathy or human touch. They will make you wait despite appointments, they will turn you away without explanation, they will have technical issues known beforehand but not inform you until you get there. I went twice to appointments and both times had to leave, first time because they stop taking labs at 2pm (despite allowing appointments after), the second because the building apparently had some undisclosed problem. The staff may be nice people, but the company is run horribly. They have timers, they have quotas, have anxiety about the process? Too bad. You will not be treated like a human being because the staff is running part of a corporate machine, not a care center. The same is true of the customer service over the phone, people have no answers and do not care. The lack of basic humanity/courtesy in this company's operations is very apparent, avoid if you can.

I was a walk-in at 2:00 on 5/31/2024, and the two women there (one was a trainee) were literally the two nicest people I’ve ever had draw my blood! Please thank and recognize them for their patience and kindness! :) :)

8.40 appointment scheduled online, it was 40 minutes late even with appointment. I showed up on time and checked in right way. This generally don't happen with other quest. This location needs attention. I will file complaint against this site.

Absolute horrible experience at this location. They need to enter the 21st century and allow for lab requisitions to be shared in real time in office. I waited over an hour just to be told they couldn’t handle my lab draws because my physician hadn’t sent over HOWEVER I had the documents on my phone. Have you ever heard of email? Or in house printer?

I love this place, the girls who work there are very friendly. I started doing my labs 7 years ago and I don't think I will ever leave. Excellent center. Cleanliness, kindness and professionalism on my part, I give it 50? ?.

Rude staff, waited 20 minutes for an appointment. There’s other places to get blood tests done, go there instead.
