Absolutely worst parking experience ever. I got at the hotel to drop off my vehicle on Aug 29 at 10.40am. The lady at the reception was so rude that first she sent my daughter out that only one person is allowed in the hotel. Then very rudely she said, that she couldn't see my reservation and left us stranded there. She said even if she will allow us to park, with a new online reservation, there is no driver until 5 pm. The behavior was highly unacceptable and she bluntly refused to help us. She said the website we booked at is not legit however it was very much legit as I used them all the time.
I wrote time and day above for the management to know who was at duty at the time.
Just because of her uncouth behavior we ended up missing our flight and that ruined our vacation.

I left my car there while I traveled and will NEVER do it again. This is the most awful dingy dark and dirty place I ever seen in my life. They don't even deserve 1 star. The lady at the desk is also the van driver and has no personality at all. When I returned from my trip it took 15 minutes or so for her to pick me up. Once we got to the parking lot at Quality inn she just assumed that I was with the other people. She didn't even bother to get off and open the door. So I walked back to car and decided I will not be using their services ever again even if they said it was FREE!!!

DO NOT LONG TERM PARK YOUR CAR THIS HOTEL!!!!!! I had the absolute WORST experience at this ghetto low level hotel. First of all its VERY dingy and unclean. I would never even consider sleeping at this place, visually screams bed bugs and roaches... Which was validated when I was left at the airport for over an hour and a half waiting for the airport shuttle due to the manager being on the floor assisting Pest Control. Another lady and I spent over an hour calling front desk for shuttle pick up, NO ANSWER AT ALL!!!! WE HAD TO WALK FROM THE AIRPORT!!!! disgusting customer service from the manager when we arrived (she still wasn't at the front desk).. I could go into further detail but I am currently filing a complaint with their general manager... Oh and let me add that when I asked the onsite manager for her bosses email address, she wrote down a completely fake address so I couldn't email her boss... Ha, I'm way smarter, I definitely called customer relations and verified and got the CORRECT email address... Now I have what is needed to rectify this problem. You'll be hearing from me!!!

[For those who use their parking facility]
I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Km at Quality Inn's parking service. Arriving in heavy snowfall, Km swiftly facilitated our check-in process and guided us to the long-term parking area. What truly amazed us was her thoughtful gesture of personally escorting us in the shuttle, sparing us the trek back to the front desk through the snow – a level of attentiveness that truly went above and beyond.
Upon our return to Buffalo, we called the hotel to arrange pickup to the parking lot, and once again, Km was there to greet us. Not only did she remember us, but she also welcomed us back to Buffalo, adding a personal touch to the experience. She even escorted us directly to our car. The entire experience was seamless and delightful, thanks to Km's exceptional service.
Without hesitation, I highly recommend Quality Inn's parking service, especially with Km's attentive care. Should the opportunity arise, I will certainly utilize their services again. Thank you, Km, for making our parking hassle-free and memorable.

This review addresses the customer service experience booking airport parking at their facility, not for a hotel stay.
The overnight clerk, whose name was Kara, was the most despicable customer service individual I have encountered in life, and I am 66 years old.
I arrived at 545am, and there was no one at the counter, just a few hotel guests milling about the lobby. With my plane departure time getting ever closer, this Kara finally shows up around 605am, not even an apology for my wait, then proceeds to berate me for entering the wrong arrival time on my reservation (I inadvertently punched in a noon arrival my bad). Her attitude and demeanor was so off putting so I simply asked, "have I upset you in any way?" in a calm voice. At that point she screams at me that she is cancelling my reservation and orders me to leave. I ask if I will be given a refund (the parking fee was prepaid), she refuses to answer and just keeps screaming "LEAVE!". A young security guard shows up out of nowhere and says the authorities will be called unless I leave immediately. I stand my ground and keep asking the same question, and the reply is the same as she is getting louder and more bellicose. This, all in full view of other hotel patrons watching this entire spectacle.
I walk out into the parking lot. At this point my flight is 40 minutes from departure, so I make the instant decision to just take my chances and leave my vehicle there,
and walk over to the terminal ( I use this park and ride all the time because it is steps from the airport and no need to bother with the shuttle).
The next day I call the hotel and speak to the gentleman in charge of the parking. He apologizes for what happened, and from the way he sounded, was already all too familiar with the antics and behavior of this Kara who apparently has bullied other patrons in the same manor.
My vehicle was there and intact upon my return, although during my time away I can admit I was stressed as to something that my happen and if my car would be towed or vandalized. Fortunately no issues and I received my value for the fee I paid.
I will be emailing the hotel, but as for now, have no plans to patronize them again especially if this hideous woman is still in their employ. To anyone reading this, be forewarned.

Very dirty hotel, place has bed bugs! with some corrupted security guard over there. Main security guy (supervisor) has two assistant always keeping with him,can’t work his self . And other corrupted guard stealing immigrants food from breakfast/dinning area.some of guard has no professionalism, like pant go down while walking.

Hotel cancelled mine and everybody else's reservations without ANY NOTICE WHATSOEVER. tried to check in along with 3 other couples and was told that the hotel is shut down. looking at the sketchy people hanging around, it appears that it was transformed into some kind of shelter. go to the other two hotels within walking distance. don't try to go cheap like my dumb self.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The absolute rudeness of the staff is despicable. I paid for shuttle service. They never answer their phones. I have been waiting outside calling for over 40 minutes when finally someone answers the phone they told me the phone has not rang once, I have a call log to show I called over 10 times. They then told me if I wanted to argue (which all I've said is I've called 10 times after they said the phone never rang) they told me I can pay for my own transportation and will not come get me. Management should be involved thats no way to treat paying customers. So I did have to get my own uber back. Will NEVER STAY HERE OR USE THEIR PARKING SERVICES EVER AGAIN. BEWARE!!!!

The evening clerk acted like she was too busy to do her job, then around 10:30 pm I called the front desk about a party in the next room. Nothing was done until the night clerk came in, he shut it down in 10 minutes. Then this morning I noticed black mold on the shower curtain, hopefully I don't get sick. I stay at a lot Choice Hotels. This was the worst experience I have ever had.
