Very poor management. Wa son he phone for 25 min just to cancel the account and they told me you must be in person …. After that I asked to put account on hold … same thing….. what’s wrong with you guys???? I paid for 6 month not even visiting the gym and you gave me hard time on every single step? Very poor customer service as well as very poor communication ….

Do not buy a pf membership. Worst mistake you will ever make. You have to cancel your membership between certain days or you get billed another months fee. You have to cancel your membership through the MAIL buy not over the phone !! They know what theyre doing... Not the low-level hs dropout behind the counter, but the administration. You cant cancel over the phone... You have to mail a letter !! Worst decision i have ever made.

It's always clean when I go in there. Only occasionally, I see a few treadmills out of service, but there are more available to use. Locker room area is a decent size and is clean. Staff has always been pleasant and smiling.

I’m deaf in one ear and obvious don’t wear my hearing aid while lifting. The manager and workers at the counter couple of times on different occasions rudely mocked thank you you too loudly when I’m guessing they said have a good day (didn’t hear since no aid in). It’s very difficult for me to hear people talking without my aid in and don’t appreciate people mocking something I cannot control.

I recently started going back to the gym, I haven’t been since before Covid. Since the first time I walked into this establishment, I felt welcomed. At a lot of other gyms I’ve been to I always super self conscious but I feel that Planet Fitness truly lives up to their “judgment free” motto. The club manager, Joseph is super nice and friendly and always willing to help out if you have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend the black card membership, I personally feel that it’s cheap for everything they offer with it

Went in today to check in and the older gentleman working was busy cleaning and walked right behind the desk to get trash but didn’t bother checking me in. So I picked up the scanner and checked myself in. I then came back up and was waiting for a tanning bed and a younger male employee informed me that he was off the clock but would help me if he was on the clock and told me that he had told the other employee I was waiting. I stood there for several minutes before leaving. This location is filthy and there are only a couple employees who truly care about customer service.Management in this location must be lacking.The facility sure represents it.Showers=dirtytanning beds=dirtycustomer service=sub par

Black card membership is a great deal with everything that is included in it. The gym itself could use a few upgrades/additions but overall a good gym

It seems they never have the air on. It's a gym! Other than that, it's okay. They have everything you would need to do a standard workout. I do hate that there is never any space for mat workouts, tho

I have been a member for about 3 months now. I have gone to a few locations. I have not been disappointed! However today two young gentleman blew my mind with their work ethic when it came to cleaning. Yes simple cleaning. As I walked in Tyler was vacuuming the front area and proceeded to move around the gym. Then I watched both boys, Tyler and Eric .. work together to get all the treadmills tilted to then proceed to mop under them. Again “simple cleaning” not so much .. “their job”.. sure ? But just because someone has a job.. does that mean it gets done? So today I just wanted to say they stood out and I saw you boys! Thanks for doing your job ! It’s refreshing :)Tyler & Eric. I have been tanning at Planet Fitness for a few months now and have never ran into any problems. I went into Planet Fitness with a friend and we asked to tan, in which we were both immediately denied by the Manager Katheryn. I was a guest at this time so I understand why I couldn’t tan, but she claimed my 17 year old friend couldn’t tan and told us to “figure out the law” so I looked it up and it says they just need parental consent. We went back in and told her and she decided to be extremely rude to the both of us and just repeating “No.” over and over. We asked to speak to the regional manager. and she told her boss we were attacking her and she was laughing at us whilst on the phone with her boss. I will NEVER go back, and I will be informing people to find a better gym, with better staff to go to. This is unacceptable.

I like your gym but the music is to loud. I go there every day between 2am-5am. I wear ear phones and I can't hear my own music. I look around and everyone is wearing ear phones. No one wants to listen to the music and it's cranked up. Please, I'm begging you! thanks

While it’s one of the smaller PF facilities I’ve been to, there’s enough machines and space to accommodate a decent crowd. I definitely wouldn’t come here during peak hours, though. I’ve been as early as 3AM and as late as 6AM and never had a problem getting what I needed done. Clean and plenty of parking.

Employees are exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The machines are all clean and working. All around relaxing atmosphere.

Perfect place to relax an exercise staff are great an the people working out are trying to better them self, an I think that's a beautiful thing.
