Dexter's Pharmacy (independent) provides the individual care needed when caring for a very diverse community. When I had difficulty getting my daughter's insulin pump and a special medication for myself at large retail pharmacies Dexsters was able to get the products for me in one to two business days.”

“Kudos to the Wegmans’ security and management for their quick response and attention. I was assaulted by another customer in the store this afternoon. I entered the store in the mobility scooter, he was walking with his shopping cart and wouldn’t give way as I entered the store and we collided. He kept on pushing me out of the way. Eventually he decided to punch me with full force in the back of the head just before he made his way in haste exciting the store. Thanks to another customer who gave witness to the event and tracked the man to the parking lot and took a photo of his license plate as he drove off.”

“switched to this pharmacy after CVS on Dingens kept screwing up my prescriptions. I have multiple prescriptions with 2 different insurances and they never mess up my prescriptions and they're always covered because the pharmacy team actually bills the right insurance. my prescriptions are generally ready 10 min after my doctors call them in. they keep on top of my refills and I'm never left without what I need. the pharmacy crew at this store is top notch!”

“I needed a script filled and I called because I was told by Walgreen's I need to go to a medical pharmacy. I called and was told they could fill my prescription, had it in stock plus offered to call and transfer my script from Walgreen's. Very helpful, polite and answered all my questions. I was asked why was I going out to Lackawanna for my prescriptions and told me they would love my business. Hands down the best service I had from a pharmacy in a long time. “I went in to get my 2nd Shingles shot. Drew, the pharamcist was the only employee. It became very busy when I showed up but even with multiple customers, Drew ran the pharmacy like a champ with a smile on his face.”

You could tell he was trying so hard to help his community, trying to keep basics in stock like bread and milk and things that were most needed. I'm impressed by his spirit at a thankless job.”

“I think about this store often because the first time I ever came in here, many years ago, I left without buying anything. (I was looking for a greeting card & I am someone who takes a long time to browse) This old white lady working at the time came out of the store and screamed across the parking lot, completely unhinged: “I KNOW YOU’RE STEALING!!!” (I wasn’t)
Management was very apologetic and the lady probably doesn’t work there anymore because she had the aura of a snow-blower (if you know what I mean).”
“I was locked into this pharmacy because my health insurance made it mandatory for my specialty medication but they've done a great job setting up my account, getting a prior auth & delivering the medication to me. They also will take back the styrofoam cooler my medication is delivered in so it doesn't wind up in a landfill, unlike the last company my other insurance mandated.”
