Very professional and honest, highly recommend. I was in a rush to get my computer fixed, and he was able to get it to me within 24 hours. The pricing was told to me upfront and he went above and beyond the services required. My fan was broken, and while fixing my laptop he also fixed my power button that was semi-broken earlier.

Joe at Payless Computer Repair was amazing! He fixed my MacBook for hundreds less than the Apple Store wanted to charge. His pricing is very reasonable for the great service. Even better he pointed me in the direction of the exact part I needed on Amazon and Ebay and I was able to source it for $20. This was the best interaction I have had with any business in a very long time. I would highly recommend!

Joe knew how important baby girl was to me aka first gen alienware m51 gaming laptop and I was worried 7 years of straight gaming abuse and she started over heating all she needed was a little tender love and care and a full cleaning and Joe did a hell of a job. I will fly out from where ever I'm at to make sure Joe works on my laptop if anything down the road happens to her again!!!

friendly, honest, and no-nonsense. i have a little gaming laptop that had a dead fan. joe explained everything he would do and got the computer fixed up and back to me in less time than he estimated. the laptop is quieter than when it was brand new and the temps are lower too. highly recommend his services and i will go back if i ever have any other computer issues. thank you so much!
