Linsey is AMAZING. I had a lot of hiccups with my insurance getting a very expensive medication and she was able to move mountains to get me my medication before I ran out. She worked with my doctors and drug reps and me. She was amazing. Go Linsey!!! And go Parkview!!

This is a strange review to write. Parkview distributes meds to various/many facilities in the Western NY area. I am POA and take care of a relative currently residing at a DePaul facility. This family member is not a blood relative. No one else stepped up to the plate when he/she started suffering from serious mental decline. I worked with an administrator from ECMC who suggested DePaul. Hence, my first meeting with Parkview. Parkview is fantastic. I have no issue calling for advice. They have worked with me and made recommendations when the idiots at Medicaid have given me STUPID suggestions. There is no great turnover, I speak to the same people whenever I call. Far more knowledgeable than Medi-idiots.I'm not thrilled about having to deal with med distributors however these people make the process painless.
