Looking for something for my daughter. Jamie was extremely helpful and offered many suggestions! If it wasn’t for her I would have left the store has their AC is broken and it was hot! Give the employees a lot of credit working in that heat. Unfortunately it seems management doesn’t care about their working conditions!

I worked in retail and I know It’s not a fun job, but when all I asked was for the dressing room to be unlocked, they made it seem like it was going out of her way and my Girlfriend walked out to show me what she wanted the door shut and she was so rude to unlock it for us so As we were leaving, I gave her a dollar and said thank you for the great service I know it’s hard to find good employees, but It was just so rude

Went to shop here on 12/27 and had the worst experience ever that made me extremely uncomfortable. I was grabbing a pair of jeans from a pile and messed the pile up a little bit as I had to dig to the bottom of the pile for my size. As I walked away with my jeans, I was stared down by a dark haired female employee. She then proceeded to start talking about me out loud to the other workers, saying how annoyed she was with me, how I was rude and inconsiderate. She also would not open a fitting room for me and made her male coworker do it instead. Overall, it was a horrible experience that made me anxious and uncomfortable. I will not be shopping at this location anymore.

When shopping for my sister in the store we got the the back and was looking at the clothes on the rack and i was looking through them and mind you the hangers are literally on top of each other it looked like the most sloppiest job ever just hanging up some shirts on a rack (this was my first red flag) , then while looking through the clothes some fell on the floor and be being a genius person instead of leaving them on the floor when i go to pick the clothes up the employees literally laughed out loud at me , All because i dropped some clothes? i guess that is so funny , after that they continued to give ME attitude like what ? such a terrible PacSun the employees there are rude and disgusting , this store management needs to seriously look into what they are hiring !!!! DO NOT GO HERE !

Got some super nice clothes for the bf in there. Nice quality too! Also came while they were having a buy one get 2 free sale on some items. Also great customer service from the guy with the awesome neon pink hair?
