I have been working with ODL for about a year now and the my experience has been excellent so far.Communication has been simple and easy. Any questions or concerns that I have are handled promptly by knowledgeable people either via phone, text or email. Appliances are always on time and of excellent quality. I have never had a fit issue or an appliance debond during treatment (I always have the lab fabricate the laser sintered bands), however, removal has been a snap, literally upon completion of appliance therapy.I treat to a high standard of quality and ODL continues to be a great partner in providing the high quality appliances I need to meet those standards.Thanks

ODL is a fantastic lab for any orthodontic office to collaborate with. The process from digital submission of a case to patient delivery is seamless. They consistently update and innovate products with clinical efficiency in mind. Their appliances are quality with customer service to match. Always a great experience! The customer service and craftsmanship of a boutique lab but with the tech and professionalism of a large scale operation. Have tried other labs intermittently but always return to the quality and reliability of ODL.

I have had a couple pairs of retainers and these that ODL provide ARE THE BEST. Super close fit. Very accurate and honestly when I don’t wear them I feel lost! They are apart of me now! The staff here are super responsive and very helpful also. I highly recommend them!

ODL lab is outstanding in every way. The lab I had used for many years closed. The next two years was fruitless and the search abysmal. Then I found ODL. I cannot say enough spectacular things about ODL. They are extremely professional and courteous. The turn around time for the appliances is remarkably quick. My favorite thing is their astounding website. ODL Labs truly has set the bar high ... unreachable ! !

I can’t praise the staff at ODL enough. Great personalities and they have gone above and beyond to help our office transition to using their lab. We had 50 million questions and they patiently answered each one. The turn around time is quick and efficient. We’ve had no trouble with any order to date and would highly recommend, if your office isn’t using this lab you are missing out!
