Excellent customer service and a wide selection of plants!! Will return!!”
“My daughter and I were in to buy some baskets on the 13th of May. Not only do they have some of the most beautiful baskets but very courteous people working there willing to help. But I noticed on my receipt that they had neglected to charge me for one of the baskets so I called them and I was told very graciously thank you for calling in, enjoy the basket and did not charge me. I would definitely suggest visiting this greenhouse for your summer time flowers and vegetables. My daughter and I will definitely be back, Thank you for a happy Mother's Day basket!
Teri Thomas!”
“The Home Depot is a household name in the world of home improvement and construction products and services. Founded in 1978 by Bernie Marcus and Arthur Blank, the company opened its first stores in Atlanta, Georgia, with the vision of creating a one-stop shopping experience for the DIY enthusiast and the professional contractor alike. The founders aimed to provide a vast selection of products at competitive prices with superior customer service. They also sought to foster an atmosphere where employees could feel empowered to make decisions, thereby improving the shopping experience for customers.
From these humble beginnings, The Home Depot has grown into one of the largest home improvement retailers in the world. As of my last update in April 2023, the company operates thousands of stores across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Each store stocks up to 40,000 different kinds of building materials, home improvement supplies, and lawn and garden products. In addition to physical stores, The Home Depot also has a robust online presence, allowing customers to shop from the convenience of their homes.
The company's expansion was not just in terms of store count but also in the breadth of services offered. Today, The Home Depot provides a wide range of services, including free in-store workshops, professional contractor services, and a comprehensive online library of DIY projects and ideas.
The Home Depot's impact extends beyond just the retail landscape. The company is also known for its philanthropic efforts, particularly through The Home Depot Foundation, which focuses on improving the homes and lives of U.S. veterans, aiding communities in disaster recovery, and addressing the skilled labor gap in the market.
Innovation has been key to The Home Depot's growth. The company has invested significantly in technology to enhance the shopping experience, improve supply chain efficiency, and offer new and innovative products. This includes mobile apps, online project guides, and the use of big data and AI to predict market trends and customer needs.
The Home Depot's story is one of rapid growth, customer focus, innovation, and commitment to community and employee empowerment. This ethos has not only made it a go-to destination for home improvement enthusiasts but has also cemented its position as a key player in the retail sector.”
“The painting team is fabulous! Ceci and co worker (didn’t get their name but they had great green hair!) were incredibly patient, kind, helpful, and diligent in helping me with my paint matching! Can’t recommend them enough.”
“North Buffalo Home Depot is amazing in much nicer than the Amherst location that I'm always going to. The staff go above and beyond, and they have yet to fail me. When they know me on a first name basis, that's just what it's about. That quickly made me realize that these guys remember who they are talking to and that they pay attention to their customers. Looks like I'm saying goodbye to Amherst. I worked with her gentleman named Russell and Dan. Russell was a manager, and Dan worked in the power to while. These two gentlemen made my evening much easier.”

2100 Elmwood Ave, Buffalo“The best in rental. Edit: To the previous renter with the gas pole pruner, THD does offer many wrenches for any tools that may require adjustment in the field, including the pole pruner. The safety bucket (you declined to take with you) includes a helmet, ear/eye protection, chaps and ADJUSTMENT WRENCH. The tools are quality and safety inspected before EVERY rental and these bolts can easily be adjusted by anyone with a crescent/socket wrench, or even a simple pair of pliers. Chainsaw chains frequently become loose after use so this should not have come as a shock to you. A lack of knowledge and experience on your part apparently equates to a 1 star review for a retailer renting tools as a service for those in need. If you're unsure of what you may need when renting an unfamiliar tool, ask and we'll gladly explain! Maybe just take the safety bucket next time...”
“Kyle was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional! I bought stone for a backyard project and ended up needing just a bit more… he was able to get another delivery out to me within 45 minutes of my calling. Delivery driver was also excellent and friendly. The price was fantastic. I highly recommend this company!”
