Took my 2012 Toyota in recently for service on the wiper motor. Nelson and his team confirmed the issue and replaced the assembly quickly and at a very reasonable cost. They proactively checked a few other things that I’ve been too busy to pay attention to myself including the cabin air filter and inspection. They cleared all work prior to taking action and stuck to their estimate.
It’s refreshing to have an old school auto shop like Nirelli’s in the neighborhood that provides quality service and excellent attention to detail. One huge bonus is their honesty. I took my car in previously for brake work based on another shop’s recommendation, but Nelson checked it out and showed me that it would have been unnecessary at the time. How refreshing to have a shop that won’t take advantage of you and do unnecessary work! I will gladly continue to support them in the future.

Great installers and they store winter tires. Honest and fairly priced good for all maintenance repairs and servicing. Sometimes phone is unattended they will not respond or call back on messages, but it’s a small shop.

I had a tire which was leaking air rapidly, worried about a puncture I called literally every shop in the area and they all gave me random excuses about how it would take them up to 4-5 days to look at a tire.. even thought it was a Wednesday at 11AM. I reckon they just didn't want to put in the effort for such little reward. Nirelli's was the only place that told me to swing by right away, looked at it quickly and patched it up for me within 30 mins. This place deserves 10 stars if possible.

Don’t bring your car here! This is the second time they have wasted my time by keeping my car longer than ANY mechanic!
I took my car here and couldn’t be bothered to call me back until I had to call them and ask what the status of my car was, they still didn’t look at it, and on the 4th day they finally called me with a price on which they still wouldn’t be able to work on it till another 4 more days. I called back to find out what oil they put in and they couldn’t even be bothered to tell me! This place is highway robbery! This place is un professional!

The owner Nelson is really nice. Went to drop off my vehicle the night before so it could be inspected the next morning. I dropped it off after they were closed but Nelson was just about to leave and kindly offered to put my vehicle in the garage even though he was on his way out. He went the extra mile for his customer.

A good friend of mine recommended Nirelli's after my dealership quoted $1500-$1600 for the work I needed done (brakes and rotors). I decided to give them a shot, and now I will be a repeat customer. Everyone was super friendly and professional. In addition, I was not taken advantage of, even though I know next to nothing about car repairs. The price I received was less than my original quote, my brakes work beautifully, and they are no longer making weird sounds. I am comfortable with them, and I know my car is in good hands. Plus, it is a local family business. Try them out. You will not be disappointed!

Worse service ever. The people working didn't even approach me to want to know what was wrong all I needed was an inspection ticket mind you my car was new and they didn't even try to work with my hours.. The guys in the office had horrible attitudes....
