I have an inexpensive watch that needed a new watch band, but the width is unusually narrow. Brought it here, and they had a few bands for me to choose from, where a few other stores had nothing at all. Don't know the man's name, but as others have noted, I wasn't rushed, he was very patient, and, in the end did me a big favor. As a result of such outstanding customer service, I will go back, with an antique necklace that is missing a stone and I haven't been able to find one to match. I don't know what the other customer in the store bought, something in a small box, but the festive wrapping job the female employee did was first class! Concern: This section of Main St has almost no businesses any more, not in the mall, nor on the street (even the dollar store, CVS and Rite Aid have left). They're not certain how much longer they'll be able to stay in business due to the lack of foot traffic without other businesses nearby and with so many workers now working from home. Please patronize them before it is too late!

Jason was incredibly kind and helpful in helping me pick out an engagement ring. He helped relieve all of the stress that I thought I'd have in the process. Very conveniently located for downtown workers.

Just had my 30 year old wedding ring revamped with new rubies and tiny diamonds and slightly expanded. It looks like new! I highly recommend Jason and his team at New Generation Jewelers: quality work at affordable prices.

Purchased my wedding bands from Jason and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. There was an extensive catalog to choose from and the rings were here in three days. He made sure we were completely satisfied and we will be sending everyone/anyone to New Generation.

I had just had the batteries replaced this morning for multiple watches and a small clock for my desk. They're so nice and helpful and you can't beat the price. It was amazingly quick too. Highly recommend!

I have a Bulova watch that needed a pin repair in the middle of the band. I took the watch to a few shops in Amherst and Tonawanda. They all said they couldn't repair it, only the manufacturer could. I took it here and Jason fixed it in less than 20 minutes during my lunch break. If New Generation Jewelers can't fix it then no one can. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Stop here first!
