Called for a quote on auto and homeowners and was hung up on. Quote "We screen all of Cynthias calls so she isn't wasting her time." That's ok there are plenty of insurance agents in Buffalo.

I called several times last week. Every time I called I received a different reply. Contacted local office, unable to help. Located a different "800" on my policy. At least this agent understood what I was asking. Pending solution

Nation wide insurance continues to send a non account holder a insurance payment information I keep texting stop but they keep readding my phone number I paid for for this reason I may not use them as they seem to not understand that watch the video i give zero stars
