Had a neon sign fixed by them, didn't work the next day. The wiring was just taped together. Called them to come back they wanted an additional $300. Bought a new custom sign online for less. Stand by your work, you shouldn't charge to come fix something you failed to fix correctly the first time. Poor ethics and bad quality workmanship.

My A Taste of Soul symbol never looks so alive until I came here! I appreciate them for the help for my small catering business. They are very personal and knowledgeable with their craft! I've never had a business transaction so confident and safe they will send you proofs send you options to the point where they all look good and you have to narrow them down! Their installation will stand through any weather conditions out here without peeling chipping fading and this is speaking from experience!

I own and operate a custom shirt printing and retail store, The Shirt Guy, located in Buffalo NY. I contacted NAS Sign after what turned out to be a disastrous purchase and installation from another local purported professional sign company. A business with no sign is a sign of no business and I quickly became distressed and embarrassed by the poor quality and lack of proper function with my newly installed sign. NAS proved to be true experts with LED signage with their knowledge of products, timely installation and exceptional training. I have received countless compliments on the quality of my sign and I am now a firm believer that NAS has earned their reputation as simply the best choice for sign sales, installation and service.

they repaired a broken neon bar sign for our basement man cave. the fix took about two weeks, and while the repair and timeliness were fine, they put back the transformer on backwards. now I have to go fix their work. not getting 5 stars for that effort.
