I attended a NACA Workshop on May 20, 2023 - and it was very informative and positive, so much so that I decided it was time for me to purchase my first home, instead of continuing to pay high rent. Mr. Gompah is my counselor, and he keeps me informed on acquiring/updating the necessary documents for my case. I hope to have a positive outcome in 2024 in achieving my first home.

My process started 2018 to be exact. The first year I used to pull my savings together and be eligible to purchase. Then came the pandemic and the office wasn't open. Then I requested to have a different counselor because things were moving at a snails pace. That counselor left and I was reassign. I think one of the most frustrating things is the lack of contact and response with the counselors and finding out more paperwork is needed after the fact. Now we're in November 2023 soon to be 2024 and I see a little movement. There has to be a better way to navigate through this process without so much feelings of defeat.

The online workshop was fun & educated from Timothy Armour & Andrea Granville. Made it fun not boring the special guess great testimony. I learned a lot i know what I need & what i want & ready for. Definitely recommend.

I am in the process of purchasing a home and can say that I am very pleased with the experience I have gone through so far with Michael G. and NACA. Michael G. is a great advisor and has been extremely thorough when answering my questions. He quickly responds to emails and is extremely knowledgeable about the many intricacies of the approval process. Thank you so much for everything you are doing!

The workers have been so nice the phone help is always excellent, and my case worker is great. There is a lot of patience to have when going through this program, but it will pay off in the end when you become a homeowner.

I am in the beginning stages for the home purchasing process. I can say that I am very pleased with my NACA experience. This process has been smooth sailing thus far. I finally feel empowered and looking forward to a future home. As a single parent I never thought this was an option for me but through NACA my dreams are coming true. Michael G. is a great advisor and is efficient in making sure your appointment is in a timely fashion to move through the homebuying process with ease and efficiency. He quickly responds to emails and is sure to answer any questions you have during the approval process. Thank you!

This is my first time joining the program. I was referred to attend this program through a family member. It may seem overwelming and intimidating at first. BUT if this is something you really want, than just get to it! The people who was at the workshop was nice and gave out as much information as they could. I am excited and nervous but i am confident i will get through this with the help of the staff.

I attended my first Naca workshop in December 2022 and am so close to closing on my first home before the end of this year! I am very grateful for Naca for helping me though this process and linking me with a great Naca counselor and Naca Realtor. I tell all my friends and family about Naca as well to encourage them to join the program as well

NACA is THE BEST to ever worked with first time home buying . In fact , I've been working with my counselor Michael since last year of 2022 . My NACA realtor and team are very professional and knowledge of the area that I want to purchase , not only know the area , but of negotiation . Iam a first time home buyers , and the team are patiently walked me through the process. I highly recommended NACA .

I've been trusting God for my own home for twenty two years. It's taken me that long to be ready for homeownership. I've looked at many housing initiatives but nothing suited my needs until I participated in a NACA workshop. I knew then that they're the ones who can work with me in every area of preparation, from my financial goals to finding the home of my desire. As intimidating as it can be, NACA counselors take much of the stress away. They're a full body workshop. They cover everything and they have your back. I'm excited about working with them!

The journey and process of getting your first home is both overwhelming and exciting. NACA made this process easier and helped take weight off of my shoulders. My wife and I are first time home buyers and NACA was very helpful through every step of the way.

I am new to NACA so far my experience has not been bad.My intake counselor is very informative and answers my questions and makes sure I understand what my tasks are.My counselor even follows up to make sure that what I need is completed before our next meeting.I read most of the reviews and got a little nervous about continuing, but every experience is different.So we will see what comes of this journey.
