I have a business account with M&T and it was opened at this location. I called the manager of the branch 3 times within the last week and left a message for her to call me back....she never did. I called and asked to hold for her and after a couple of minutes I was told her call was too long for me to hold...take a message. I ended up calling the branch in Kenmore out of frustration and within five minutes or less they were able to take care of me and my banking issue. Although the clerks are friendly I would stay clear of this branch for important matters.
