The worst bank ever. They have so many issue with fraud it's no trust nowhere. The worst bank I ever dealt with. Bank with them over 10 years & I still have to go in the branch over ever single thing. The weakest link GOODBYEEEE!!! ????? 5 stars absolutely not, 5 thumbs down!!!

Worst branch I’ve ever been to, came for a wire transfer, and it took them forever to help me, poor etiquette, very inefficient, compared to other branches. If you want to spend the whole day sitting around and waiting, this is the place.

The five star goes to Dawn Griffin. I was there for a wire transfer , things went little difficult unfortunately but Dawn Griffin did everything in her power to help me get done with the transfer. She is the best , anyone that get in contact with her will be lucky and blessed to get help from her. She is a very patient and kind lady, God bless her abundantly.

Do NOT use M&T Bank!!! My 97 year old WWII veteran father has been a loyal customer for decades. His bank card was recently stolen and the thief took $20K!!! No M&T claims that they won't replace the $ because every transaction was considered "authorized" due to the fact that it used his debit card. M&T did NOTHING to secure his account and never shut it down when the system saw unauthorized transactions! Now my 96 yr old dad on a fixed income is out $20K! If he didn't have another account, he'd be on the streets!!! These people are the worst!!! Never use M&T Bank!

Had to have my bank card replaced. They said 7 to 11 business days, and it's been a month, still no new card. Terrible inconvenience.

Waited in line for an hour and the lady there told everyone if we didn't want to wait in line to not be late next time. I was laughing under my breath out of aggravation and the security guard asked me if there was a problem. I told him politely that I was upset and he asked me to leave. Honestly this is the worst time I've had at anytime with any business. Now because I couldn't get my errands done, I'm left hundreds of dollars in debt. They even threatened me.
