My favorite local business in Buffalo. Put their steaks next to a Wegman’s Steak and you can visually see the difference in quality and ethical farming. With the unacceptable rising costs at grocery stores, it’s better to keep the money in the local community. Highly recommend you get your protein here.

Stopped in for a burger. It was delicious toasted home-made rolls, double patties with just the right cook temp. The other food looked great too, I didn't try anything else though.
