Avoid. The appointments scheduled online aren't honored, the staff acts like they received their customer service training from the DMV. I'd rather go to the dentist

I have been going to this shop for more than 10 years. They have kept my 2009 Subaru with 150k miles running like new to the point I won’t even consider getting a new car. I’d recommend this shop for honest, fast, and reliable service.

Mark really knows his stuff. Friendly repair shop, knowledgeable and fair! Brought my 2019 Escalade in for a rumbling sound. Mark immediately identified the problem and did not overcharge me. Thank you!!

This review is overdue. You know how when a place is bad you have posted a review in minutes? Well it's been a few months since I've had my jeep in here. It just continues running well and so you have all your attention on the business of living. Well I just thought about the next thing I eventually need done. And I realized I hadn't acknowledged the great work they have done so far. These guys have fixed up every problem I have had so far. In some instances I was way off on what the problem was. They found the real problem and fixed it. While working on my jeep they found instances of badly done work from other places and fixed it free of charge. I wouldn't say that all the work I've had done was inexpensive but it was reasonable and real. They replaced two parts one they had in stock the other they had to order. The one they had was lower price. They didn't jack it up to the "new" price. Throughout the repairs they have communicated well and with reality. And they have been on the lookout for problems I didn't know about. And they showed me so I know it's real and not something invented just to fix and charge more. I have been looking for a long time for a garage that is competent and open and honest and fair. I have now stopped looking. Thank you guys. Continue doing great work.

I called over the phone when I got to the shop I was able to be seen right away. I got a new tire. The customer service was great. The workers were very nice and explained what needed to be done. I would recommend Monroe Tire Shop.
