I was on the business trip and was running late, unfortunately I ended up blowing my two front tires on the highway and decided to have my truck towed to Monroe, but by the time I got there, it was 6:50 in the evening the 2 workers were super helpful and understanding. They stayed until after closing hours to to get my truck done that night! Big thanks everyone involved!

The staff was excellent and got me in quickly and were able to accommodate major repairs very timely. A little higher priced than other places, but the service was above average.

Warning! Pretend to loose your number in order to go through your car “looking for something with your number.” Scam for NYS inspection trying to get you to purchase brakes. Said my brakes were bad, took the car to my mechanic who does not do NYS inspections who notified me they did not even take any tires off to check brakes as he had to “hammer them off” so none had just been of the day prior, and told me the brakes had a good 15k miles left on them not “barely touching” as Monro had mentioned. Had to then spend money to replace brakes that didn’t need to be changed because they input brakes failed. SCAMMERS.

Unsatisfactory Customer Experience Alert!My recent encounters have been nothing short of disappointing and is clear the company is not concerned with a positive customer experience.Firstly, I scheduled an appointment over the phone to drop off my truck at 7:00 am for tire replacement. I meticulously coordinated with someone to pick me up and care for my children, only to arrive and discover that my appointment was never booked. Despite providing evidence from my call log and scheduling details, the staff informed me that this was a recurring issue with certain employees failing to properly record appointments. This oversight caused significant inconvenience and frustration.In a second attempt, I rescheduled for the following Monday during my lunch break. Once again, I arranged transportation to and from the location. However, upon arrival, I was informed that their tire-changing equipment had malfunctioned earlier that morning. This marked the second instance of inconvenience and poor service within a short span. No calls in advance to be to stop me from coming to my appointment. Additionally, they acted like they didn’t understand what my appointment was for.I expressed my disappointment to the staff, recounting my previous experience, only to be met with indifference and a lack of accountability. Promises were made to reschedule once the equipment was repaired, yet it has been over a week, and I have not received any communication from the establishment.It is evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for the management, as my concerns were not taken seriously, and commitments were not honored. Based on my experiences, I strongly advise seeking services elsewhere.

I recently got a new set of tires here and the service was excellent! The mechanic even found me a discount code at checkout that saved me an additional $35! I went back the following day to get the lug nuts re-torqued and they came right out into the parking lot to quickly complete the work to get me on my way. Great job!

I had several bad experiences at the Monro at the Main & Transit in Williamsville. As a customer I was not treated pleasantly nor with respect. They charged me to fix a leaking tire. It was still leaking when I got home. They refused to guarantee their work and wanted to charge me again. There were several other problems on top of that - things they wanted to charge me for that were free and included services, they refused to do other things. I will never go here again.

Very pleased with my recent visit to Monro Main and Transit. Tim was able to recommend, acquire and install tires same day. Also had an inspection completed. Jaime was great at checkout; pleasant and honest and careful to ensure I had all needed info for rebates. Highly recommend.
