You want to know what's funny? They do "follow" you around, but if they see that you shop and buy stuff they'll let you shop alone.
I get it. They're not rich and shoplifting is a thing. Why deal with the hassle of cops when you just follow people and look at them askew?
I think it's hilarious that some of these reviews refer to the shop owners not being not LGBT friendly. Get your head out of your and open your own shop; see what happens. People should honestly take a look at what goes on at Sam's Club just a few doors down. Loaded shopping carts getting pilfered almost on the daily. But I digress...
I've found some good stuff to purchase like a money belt/travel purse, belts, a solid folding knife, and wallets.

A nice variety store that reminds me of the ones from NYC or Canada. Friendly people who answered questions and let us browse for an hour. Found lots of items for gifts and good housewares and home decorations. They have everything from clothes, houseware, candies, jewelry to hardware.

Was a great place for 20 years. The owners retired and gave the business to their niece. She is terrible. NO customer service skills. She'll lose customers and will close within a year.

What a great little store! I bought makeup brushes only $2.49 normally they would be $5-$10 for a set.. I got a bamboo plant there $7.99, some plant food .25, and a hot pad $1.29. Most of their items are cheaper than the dollar store! Owners are friendly, they did not follow me and my husband at all?? As long as you aren't suspicious..they leave you alone. You do have to pay in cash tho, no card here.

The best place for all your cheap Goods. There used to be a store in the Eastern Hills Mall called "A Dollar" that resembled this and I'm so glad to have found another store like it.

Horribly nasty mold everywhere. The owners are miserable depressed people that hate everyone. Nothing is .99
