I am so disappointed after my trip to the laundry mat today. I've been a loyal customer for about 20 years also I've moved out of the area and still come here to do my laundry which is about a 15/20 minutes drive from where I live now, but after today I'll find a new place to go. Today I was told by the laundry attendant that I can't put my baskets on the folding tables to fold up my laundry and put them into my baskets. I have to keep them on the floor now she's sweeping the floors now as I'm folding my laundry and all that dibri for the floor is flying into my baskets of clean clothes that I was told have to stay on the floor. So now I'm going to have to go somewhere else to rewash and dry my clothes. Not only that I have a bad back and all that up and down to the floor to put my clothes in the baskets and having to pick them up from the floor to load them into the car. I'm in terrible pain and may have to call off work tomorrow and lose a days pay. I'm so disappointed and yous have lost a very loyal customer thanks to the laundry attendant. I have never ever had a problem having my baskets on the table to do my sorting and folding until today. So disappointed and yous have lost a very loyal customer of many years.

Bleached my sweatpants in their washer and I didn't even use bleach and the dryers take forever they barely work

I used to come to the laundromat all the time years ago & it was clean with great staff & new washers & dryers. I recently came & it’s filthy! There was garbage all over the floor, no attendant to help or service anything. I will never come here again! Should be shut down atp.

On a Tuesday I walked in at 7:50 p.m., thinking I had enough time to wash my clothes because they usually closed at 10 pm but no. I got kicked out immediately. Google says they close at midnight. I feel bad for all the other people who traveled far like me to wash my clothes just to find out they are closing even earlier than usual.

I've been doing laundry in the military coin laundry and it has been a great experience, except for some new couple that works there, 2 old woman of age already that they look like can be grandmothers already they date each other, me particularly I'm Cristian and don't go alone with it, plus their attitude it's a no ... Anything other than that very quiet place ....

I wash my clothes it’s ok only problem now was it closed and I didn’t know it started closing earlier now cuz I used to go sometimes at 2am

Dirty building, garbage all over the floors, a bum sleeping on the floor, another smoking a cigarette inside. I wanted to leave just for air but didn't trust them to leave my clothes alone with them. I work all day so I went around 2am

barely started to do my Landry and this rude staff with a pink shirt blonde hair looks about in her 50s with a sprained wrist kept nagging me about my clothes being too full when there was plenty of space on the top, and I told her several times.

It seems expensive to me, 25 cents for 3 minutes of drying clothes, I put $1.50 and she gave me 12 minutes, I told the person in charge and she told me she can't do anything ???? ?☹️that's $28 to dry my clothes, the washed one cost $24I mean $50 ☹️??????

Seems like they'll fix their machines, day they're working and then they just take your money. Also not having any staff to fix any issues patrons may have

Several machines were out of order but it was a mostly clean, quiet place. I was appreciative of the staff coming out and chasing away someone I didn't know any better than not to help.
