Melting Point Jewelers was great! I called recently about fixing a clasp on my necklace and Diane was lovely and got me in the same day. Within less than 10 minutes, my clasp was fixed and cleaned up! Diane was very sweet and kind and she really helped me out with my minor issue. I highly recommend you check out Melting Point!

Excellent experience every time! Over the past 20 years my husband and I have created a lovely little collection of items from The Melting Point. We started off with my engagement ring & wedding rings. I now have a collection of one of kind pieces from Diane. A beautiful custom Mommy ring. Necklaces, earrings, an antique replica of my grandmother's ring. And soon I will have a gorgeous cameo ring.Everything thing she does is perfection!

What can I say... Diane is simply the best! She designed a custom Mother’s Day ring for me that surpassed all of my expectations. It’s beautiful, classic, detailed and truly one of a kind. Diane is fantastic! Last year she made two rings to go on either side of my diamond engagement ring. The design is beautiful and they fit together perfectly. The three rings would slide around on my finger so they were not always lined up correctly. Diane joined the three together and sized them so what was three rings is now one beautiful ring!

when I was little my step father sold Seiko Watches. Out of all the Jewelry stores I got to visit as a kid in the 70s They are the only one still around. So they must be doing something right.

I worked with Diane at Melting point to design a custom engagement ring and I can't say any more positive things about the results and the experience. We started with a rough sketch and progressed to the final design over the course of several meetings. Diane was incredibly detail oriented and provided excellent guidance and explained all the design trade-offs throughout our meetings. She was also very attentive during our meeting, and accommodating to my schedule and availability.
