I was referred to Dr Dejac for a medical clearance. I was very impressed by the whole office setup right when I walked in. The receptionists were very personable, friendly, and professional. I met with Dr Dejac and he made me feel very comfortable and welcome. He was quick but thorough. Dr Dejac made sure I was good to go for my upcoming surgery. The parking and location of the office is really convenient as well. Thank you to all of the staff at Dr Dejacs office. I highly recommend anyone looking for care to check out this office. You will not be disappointed.

I have made a great improvement with the physical therapy team. since I have been coming Faithfully to my appointment, Mark and the rest of the team have answerers all of my questions and concerns they do care, they are like a second family.

Chris is a great Physical Therapist! If you want to feel your best after an injury… I recommend doing your PT here! Medical Care of WNY truly cares for people. Dr. De Jac and the entire care team have helped me tremendously.

I have no complaints.All of the staff has been great . I didn't particularly care for the parking lot. Everything else is more then two thumbs up.

I’ve been in physical therapy working with Marc for over a month and he has been extremely helpful and informative! He’s friendly and knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and always ready to answer any questions I have. I would recommend this physical therapy practice, and this medical practice as a whole, to anyone I know.

Currently, I am having sessions in physical therapy at this location. The staff here is very friendly, and the atmosphere is clean. It is never too crowded. Overall, I would recommend visiting this office.

I’ve been coming to Medical Care Of Western New York for quite a long time now and it’s simply amazing but in order to have a great business like this, you have to have a receptionist that knows how to schedule people and knows how to keep a tight ship. Taylor is one of the best receptionist That I’ve seen in this field I never have a problem scheduling ,canceling or anything else that might affect a good PT day Thank you for all that you do and remember to stay caffeinated .
