The only place I go for work clothes now. I work outside and they always have a great selection of Carhartt and now timberland apparel. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, best prices I've found, Amazon included

I went in looking to replace my worn out Carhart, only to find that my style was discontinued. The women brought me jacket after jacket to try on , Then showed me the timberland pro with detachable hood. WoW - Game changer Now into my second winter and could not be happier. The price's were great too !

Well, because of the back to school rush (early September), it was packed inside and the ladies running the place were doing their best & making sure everyone was getting their right sizes, colors, and everything, so it's not the kind of place you bring a bunch of people into - it's pretty small.Don't make the mistake of waiting to order school uniforms until the last minute. They didn't have the size I needed and seemed flustered about that, saying they can't believe they ran out, they usually have extras, and how they'll have to do two separate orders (screenprint vs embroidered) for pickup. One order took a couple days and the other about a week. This was my first time buying school uniforms and I got the feeling they were trying to make the point that I waited way too long and this was now an unnecessary hassle for all of us. I don't think they understand it's not just due to parents procrastinating, and some of us get seats from wait-lists in charter schools way later or right before school starts, and others are waiting on their paychecks to afford all these clothes... they could be more understanding of that.The navy blues are different colors depending on the style of polo, fleece, sweatshirt... I guess they use different suppliers for each?This store has been around for a long time & I can see why the schools go with them. The prices are what I expected, considering they're embroidered and silkscreened with logos.Just be prepared. The country music always playing in the background was an added annoyance, but I wouldn't dock a star for taste! ?

Place was open until 6, we called ahead to get a school uniform for our daughter, showed up at 5:30, they knew we were coming in, our daughter tried on 3 quick skirts, and the lady at the register, said at 5:55, “I’m sorry, I have to pick my husband up from Eden and you guys have to leave”. The younger worker was accommodating and very helpful, but the lay behind the counter can use some customer service training

My mom called the store after noticing that there was a sign that said they do embroidery…she wanted to see if they embroidered Christmas stockings. Instead of just saying no, the lady who answered (apparently the owner) was super rude and condescending to my mom (who is older and has health issues). It’s not an issue with them not doing what their sign advertises, but how they responded to her. I have seen this business whenever I’m visiting and get an overall negative vibe from them. I’m hoping it closes soon so that maybe something better can open in the neighborhood. I would give zero stars but had to give one.

TO THINK MY FRIEND WHO HAS SHOPPED IN THIS STORE FOR MANY, MANY YEARS WAS THERE TODAY AND THE OWNER A WOMAN WAS RUDE, TREATED HER LIKE GARBAGE, AND LOST OVER $400 IN SALES TODAY!! They must not need the business and a social media campaign has been started to boycott this establishment!! How wonderful that the owner can afford to lose business due to horrible customer service!
