I would not recommend dealing with this group the staff are rude and nasty when your trying to find out information about what kind of services they help with and hung up on me and of course she was black it's always your own people who don't know how to act professionally

It used to be a wonderful place to go and visit for people who needed a hot meal and someone to talk to / not now it's good luck we are moving elsewhere and goodbye and Good luck !

My experience at this place was terrible they gave me a false sense of hope and then pulled the rug from under my feet ... I'm sure they receive many donations! someone needs to manage the donations that are given.

I was almost beat up by angry woman when I was pregnant with my only child, then the staff there protected me but eventually they falsely accused me. Never again will I need this dangerous shelter. It’s not safe for all the homeless women.

I applied for the buffalo stand up program the day it opened on February 8th. Did my intake and was told I was approved and would be contacted within 3 weeks. It's been 6 weeks and I've called 211 and 10 other places including the executive office of mark polancars and mayor byron brown's office and everyone gives someone else's phone number. Everytime I call they say they have no idea why I was given the number. Obviously this 12 million dollar budget was spread out between the partners and no one in the city is being helped! Impeach them all!
