We had our car/s through Marc Scherrer, finding him a first rate insurance company. Never had better exellent give State farm on Sheridan a hundred. The only thing is that i have been a customer for a little more then 5 yrs or more my bill never decrease but it will increase. Thats the only thing i say.

Everyone at the office is just great! I work for a real estate developer who owns many properties and therefore requires a number of different polices. Whether I'm contacting the office to make payments or need certificates of Insurance to provide banks, the office staff is always there to assist me. I would definitely recommend their services!

I have been with State Farm and Marc for over 20 years never had a problem with claims customer service or anything. Recently I was sent a notice that my insurance will not get renewed which is fine I understand. But what I don’t understand is why I couldn’t get Marc on the phone he wouldn’t return my phone calls. And when I talked to Joe he kinda brushed me off said he would link me to an insurance broker which he never did. Over twenty years and all of a sudden I get treated as if I were nothing. Very very disappointed
