Worst jewelry store in buffalo way over priced and this guy tried yo charge me 50 dollars to put a post on my earring and to fix a hair line crack on my bail and told me i had to wait 3 hour or two days for a 5 min job and the store was empty i don’t recommend them at all and his wife is very ignorant stay away they will rob you i called another jeweler and they quoted me 30 dollars for all the same services I need it and they do it right there and then and it it take them 15mins stay away from main jewelers

Mr lee and his wife located at 440 Main St sold me fake diamond earrings and will not allow me to get my money back I have gave mr.lee several chances to make this right after showing him the proof thru videos and pictures that the diamonds he sold me was actually moissanite and not actual diamonds like my receipt says ,he & his wife started mocking me I am taking this company to small claims court for this nonsense please do not trust this man he only knows to take he will not conduct good business I have been going to mr lee over 10+ years I’m highly disappointed in there service and I will consult my issue with the department of labor sense selling mossiante as diamonds is illegal

I have been coming her since the 90's! The repair prices are astronomical now! I like to support small business owners but I probably wont come back plus my jewelry was dirty; they used to shine your pieces up and should with these repair prices!

Worst jewelry shop in buffalo. I wish I could have gave a ZERO STAR. I bought a pair of custom "10k"(as what I was told ) earrings for my daughter. After one week of wearing them, they start turning a bronze brown color. I had them check out in my hometown jewelry store and they stated the custom earnings were a low grade of 10k gold or maybe a 8k or 9k gold to why they were changing colors and seen fake.The jewelry store had them restored and made them look back new. After my daughter wore them again two weeks later, the earrings change colors again and I had them cleaned again from the professionals. After wearing the earrings a 3rd time and they change colors AGAIN,I mailed the earrings back to main jewelry and ask for a refund after I explained to mr.lee how the earrings kept changing a bronze/brown color. Mr.lee stated I must have put lotion on them which I know I haven't or never tried to clean them myself. Mr.lee told me I couldn't get my money back and didn't even offer a store credit. So as this point in time, I am lost out of a few hundreds of dollars for jewelry that has turned colors. I have never experienced any of my 10k gold jewelry to change color from other jewelry store besides with main jewelry.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS JEWELRY STORE TO ANY ONE! DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR "REAL" 10K GOLD JEWELRY!!

They have the best costumer service they don't rush you they will customize a piece for just a small fee I've bought two necklaces from them they even made it from a 20inch to a 26inch for now charge they have any thing and if it's not in-store they will get exactly what you want

I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years and Mr.Lee as friendly as he can be he also when it’s not convenient for him he may get upset and not want to help you depending on the situation.Ive brought several pieces to get repaired at this very shop where I purchased my pieces and it’s always an issue or the repair isn’t done right or gives me some b.s. run around as to why he can’t repair,more like he doesn’t want to pay for the Gold and make right on the piece that was purchased at his own shop but rather charge you for the price of Gold plus the labor if he remembers what had to be done.Its truly a disappointment with all these whole sale Jewelrer’s in Western New York and nothing is done with passion or care it’s all about what you can pay,never again will I spend a dime here.
