“Today I went to the UPS store to puck up my packages as I always do. I frequent the store often so they know me by name. I purchased a gift for my sister which I was bringing with me on my flight home for Christmas on Monday. The package was delivered yesterday 12/20 at 9:45am. I stood in the store for 40 minutes while they were looking for my package that the clearly lost. Despite me telling them I'm flying out Monday, will not be in the state , and this was a gift, this man had the audacity to tell me me I was not being sympathetic to HIM! I explained that Amazon would not refund my money because it was delivered to the UPS store and handed of to an attendant. He could care less about my concerns, the fact that they lost my package, that I would now have to spend even more money shopping for a gift, or the inconvenience. He was so disrespectful to me that another customer intervened, and he turned around and told her to mind her business. Throughout this process he still will not even discuss a refund for the items they lost and would only say I will call you Monday, when he had already been informed that I was flying out on Monday. I spend hundreds of dollars in this store every year and loyal customers do not deserve to be treated like I was treated today. I will be contacting the UPS corporate offices as well.
Update: The guy that was rude has been let go. I'm so grateful that the other staff heard me and stood up for me. I'm happy to be back at my favorite shipping provider, and I look forward to continuing to do business at this location.”
“When I come to the Ups store to return something I’ve never had a problem and there always nice and very understanding. Everyone is polite and is knowledgeable of what to do. Today I had a store taker named Nicole do a return for me it was quick and easy and she was nice and understood what to do.”

Something so simple as packaging and mailing something out through this specific location is just a great experience. George does a phenomenal job running a tight shift.
