Bought an 05 RAV4 with 116,000 miles. Within the first week of owning the car, the check engine light came on for evap codes, the alternator went bad and had to have both the alternator and battery replaced, needed headlights replaced. I should have known, because as I was about to take the car on a test drive they ran out and said they forgot to put some parts in. They were very rude and even asked me to leave when I pointed out some minor issues. I have put 3000 dollars worth of work into the car so far. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealer.

Horrible service and money hungry. Unreliable, nasty, and I can’t stress enough how greedy this place is. They will scam you, steal from your vehicle, and lie to your face. DONT GO HERE. Take your business ANYWHERE but here. I wish I could give 0 stars. Even 0 is too generous. Save your time, money, and a peace of mind and go somewhere else. May these people have the day they deserve.

Cons at best my resonator was disconnecting from muffler they stated I needed a new one but instead of giving me a new one they welded the old on . And charged me as if they put a new resonator on my car 2 months down line same issue be careful guys .
