Since minute 1, Lox salon has been convienant with scheduling, accomadating, friendly, and my stylist- Taylor is hands down the BEST stylist I've ever had the pleasure of getting to know. The option of online scheduling and contact is critical for my schedule. My inquiry was responded to immediately from the weekend and my rather last minute need for a cut and color was met without hesitation. When new, I paid a $50.00 deposit which went towards the service. I 100% agree with that policy. These ladies go above and beyond and deserve compensation for a "no call no show". No surprises, you're aware of everything up front so the choice is yours to make. I'm thrilled I made the choice and was introduced to Taylor.

Lox has a great atmosphere and the stylists are all friendly and amazing!! I always love my hair after my appointment!!
Hair type: I’m growing out my hair. It’s thin and fine. They have recommended products the thicken and style my hair.
Stylist: Taylor did an awesome job with my color. She friendly and does a fantastic job.

I wished my haircut was better it’s 3 weeks old by week 2 the color was all gone I only have highlighted hair the cut is not blended and looks messy an hour after it’s washed just doesn’t look like I went to a good salon
Requested style: I had asked to blend my hair it is not blended not a good cut not a good lasting color either
