I’ll go in the shop and I asked him do he got $15 Hyde’s and and dude that was working claimed to me that they never sold Hyde’s in months and I’m like that’s a lie I got one last week “but claim never sold in months” I’m never coming there for services ever again !!!

the man that was in charge of the store was extremely rude to me. I asked a simple yes/no question and he basically yelled in my face. never going back

I went in there on a Saturday morning, the staff was very nice and helpful. I searched every where in Buffalo for CAMO natural leaf wraps, this is the only place that has them. It was a little pricey compared to the online price, but I was happy to pay it.

Stopped by with my Mom to look for a gift and a few items for myself. Hank was incredible. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Amazing selection and reasonably priced. I made numerous purchases mainly because of how friendly/funny Hank was. That’s the exact person every smoke shop needs. Thanks so much. I’ll be back sooner than later.

They had the new ooze pen a little expensive but I just love it. Due to the vibrating effects to let you know its on. And the automatic shut off so you don't burn your cart. Very friendly. Nice little smoke shop

Rude dude at the counter. Their bud/flower use to be some of the best around. Now it is at best sub par. They will learn the hard way when legitimate shops soon open for business.

Friend brought me here with good reviews. Tried to buy some products , looked through the book, INSTANT attitude from the owner (guessing it’s Henry from a previous review). Asked to see the product, snarky remarks each time. Asked him if everything’s okay. Looks at me and tells me he could just deny my sale. Respectfully, I’m trying to put money in YOUR pocket. The attitude wasn’t needed at all. I finally tell him to lose the attitude, he replies with a “I don’t have to” ? .. this is the OWNER guys. Definitely didn’t feel comfortable giving him my money. Definitely made an easy experience into a difficult one. Anyways, don’t buy from here. There’s nicer shops out there. Have a better day. Hope you lighten up.P.S. I heard Ricky is the nicest! Wish he could’ve been there.
